Beauty is not required for a job as arduous as being president of an entire nation. But the capitols President, Brigitte does possess an odd sort of beauty, one contained physically and usually not displayed morally towards those she deems unworthy of her attentions. Straight, thick brown hair, containing tints of blonde and caramel pause at her shoulders, usually containing a slight curl at the end, and eyes almond shaped eyes a remarkable shade of light caramel take up most of the top half of her slender face. Eyebrows of a darker brown arch above her eyes, usually twisted upward into a sinister curve. She's tall, a formidable height of 6"1 that most don't expect from such a thin lady as she over the TV screen.


Personality:


The president is not one to mince words; each word and action uttered from those lips has a meaning, whether her victim can discern it or not. Rather reserved towards those she's unfamiliar with and not one to waste her time on those she deems unworthy of her attentions, or an overall waste of her time, Brigitte has a leash on every stray emotion, containing them in a box and choosing when to unleash each.

She is an odd girl... Loretta isn't really into things that normal girls are such as boys and makeup. She isn't in love with the idea of dresses and frilly nonsense either. Loretta is an imaginative adventurer who loves sword fights and spending her free time running around in the dessert killing snakes for their skin. Loretta is independent and hates being told she can't do things because she is a girl. She will not play the role of damsel in distress just because that's what girls do.


Bio: Loretta's parent prayed for a boy but instead had a girl still naming her Loretta Annalise. Loretta after her father Lawrence, and Annalise after her mother Anna. She grew fond of her first name since it was unusual for a girl. However, her mother always called her Annalise in hopes that she would be proper damsel, but Loretta was everything except a lady. Ever since she can remember she had dreamed of going on adventures and saving the day... breaking the girl stereotype her mother wished for. Loretta wears whatever she feels necessary to wear and doesn't worry about it looking cute or sexy.

He has been responsible for some of the most intense and heart pounding games ever, and plans to make this one no exception.

Rosalina is a strong girl. She had to see her brother get killed, beaten to death, by Peacekeepers. She believes that there should not be such cruelty in this world. She keeps her feelings to herself, and does not like speaking to people. Her skills is what keeps her alive. She feeds her family and herself by hunting in woods that are not allowed to be explored. Rosalina might break the rules a bit, but she never gets caught. Everyone see's her as a quiet little girl, which is one of the things she is. She was smartest in every class she was in, and a straight A student. Rosalina uses archery skills and swords skills to kill the animals she brings home for food. When her 14 year old brother gets picked to be in the 86th annual Hunger Games, she volunteers. She could not see another one of her siblings die in this cruel world, even though she knows that deaths happen everyday for many reasons.
