If you missed what I said 2 paragraphs ago about the important note business, I suggest you read it now. If you don't know what the Hunger Games is, then I'm sorry but I cannot let you join in with the RP - I need people with knowledge of the Games and the districts too. So, like I said, all the characters and events from the books did NOT happen in this roleplay, except for President Snow, I did this in order to make our own big 'thing', if not in this RP, in the next HG one. That's right, I am CLAIMING all the Hunger Games roleplays after the 75th Quarter Quell.
You can't make a 77th, or a 78th, without my permission.
There are still 12 districts, 13 is still secret, and the Capitol is still in control. You need to have read the first HG books, preferably the second one as well. Anyways, let's get onto applying.
APPLYING
Please apply as a tribute, you don't have to, but the more tributes we have the better the RP will be. I will only accept 14 people as tributes though, because some have to die in the Bloodbath by the Cornucopia. (That time is the only godmodding I will allow.)
No applying as Snow, or any of the people like Effie Trinket, (I forgot what they are called.) or stylists or families of tributes, you get the picture - but you can apply as a mentor.

1: No godmodding, if you want to kill someone ask me and the person you are killing first.
2: No metagaming. Search it on Google.
3: The things at the Cornucopia that you get depends on your character, I'll talk about that later.
4: Try not to be inactive, if you are going away, tell us, if you can't get to a computer, tell us first. I will give 3 days of inactiveness and then I'll kick you out and your character will be brutally murdered.
5: Try and use proper grammar, at least capital letters and punctuation.
6: This isn't really a rule, but to prove that you have read all the rules, put, "I love Rule 6." in your app, I won't accept without it.
So that's pretty much it! The RP will start a day before the reaping, and then we are straight in there, I will control NPC's but I may do a poll for the Arena. So, let the Games begin!
