And she's known by the CCG and ghouls for being completely neutral and some know her by her other identity red.

That’s why I asked if I would recognise her. :/
If she’s been spotted as a famous ghoul, then her mask would be recognisable, as with the others.

Also Marx might decide not to fight after all if there’s doubt that the ghoul behind him is not friendly or neutral.

You just asked if he could recognize her or not. So I thought you were talking about her mask. It doesn't change the fact that she's recognizable with her mask on.
