Me and Anna went out side and Shylar was waiting for us.We walk beach together Samantha told Anna to go sit by the beach in the sand and start laying out your towel. Sam would then tell Shylar Good luck at the conest.

Skylar: ok, there's Jake! Wish him good luck even though Im competing against him

Samantha Luaghed "Okay" Samantha went up to Jake and said " Good luck Jake I wish you the best even though your going against my bestfriend.

Samantha Looks a Jake in a Scared way but she was trying to hide it with a smile. " Yes but right know you have a contest to do and I have a sister to watch, so after the contest I will talk to you later" she said with a smile and she walk to heeeer siter and sat with her to see the contest.

Jake: I started paddling toward the waves. The judges were going to judge me on my tricks, mistakes, and confidence. I chose the biggest wave on this moment to get a higher score on confidence. When I got the the wave it was just about to wash over me but I paddled the other direction and stood up. I was riding the wave. When the wave dropped I did a flip and landed perfectly

Jake: I paddled to shore when I was done. Two judges gave me a nine and one gave me ten 
Skye~ I paddled out to the biggest wave I could find, just like Jake. I knew the judges will give me some props due to this confidence. I saw the gigantic wave come. I started paddling in the now opposite direction . The wave came down and then brought me up. I stood up. I flipped and did some tricks. I paddled back to shore I got a ten from one judge and two 9's forms another. Me and jake were tied.
