I'm thinking between Fallout Universe. (Though the Radiation wouldn't be too friendly for him.) MCU (Though you said it's not a good idea) and Undertale Universe (Even though Asriel)

I'd say Fallout just by process of elimination, at that point. You might want to get another opinion though.

But instead of CO2 Flowey will absorb Radiation. I don't think planting healthy plants in irradiated Earth is the best idea, but well.
