So, I'm kind of confused. Can the TARDIS, due to the Tears, actively travel between dimensions. Because I thought so, but everywhere we've visited save one or two places have been in the same universe.

I just realized how INCREDIBLY difficult this travel is.


Not only does the Rebellion movie essentially take place in a different universe, or rather a rewritten version, from this Homura's one, but it also may not even occur due to the tears. Even assuming it all works out, the Akumura ends up making another universe.
