All I know is we have Coco x Naoto, but I don't know any others. Of course there is some Okabe x Kurisu, but that's canon so I don't think it counts.

You havent seen what kirei can do, thanks to gilgamesh he learned how to perfectly manipulate human emotion to hurt others, and he seems completely normal if a bit serious and preachy hiding the monster underneath that lives only to destroy
