I just read the posts. I'm so sorry, I COMPLETELY forgot Cadance was talking to Homura. Granted, it's probably pretty in-character for Homura to not respond.

Technically, her power already makes her do that. Homura will likely try to seek out a source of greater power. If she's strong enough to defeat Walpurgis Nacht, Madoka will have no reason to make a wish.
