Quick tip, if you ever want a face claim similar to your Jounin's that looks more naruto-ish Honebami Toushirou from Touken Ranbu fits pretty neatly.

Two things before i accept your ocs:
1. It's a minor deal but you've got 1 point more then the 28 given for the special jonin Rank. After that is fixed I'll accept him.
2. What kind of ice Release are we talking here for your chunin? If it's Kg related via the water and wind releases Natures I'll approve it but needs to say as much. If it's through literal combination of elements like my Zō makes use of then I'll need a stating as such in the CS to clarify things.

But cool! Let me know if you want to work out a pre-Rp relationship with Zō and your elder or some other relationship if wanted. I'm open to hearing out ideas there and seeing them effect things.

that would be appropriate I think, I plan to take Elder literally and put them in their sixties at least, so simply by having been around the whole time they would probably know 'em pretty well. Once I have some solid thoughts on their personality and bio we can work out some stuff, that'll be cool.

Yeah Hiden spots are open. My Zō's Hiden won't count against the four and so far not all spots have been taken.

You underestimate Misae. She spent over 30 years in a dark, cold, stone room. She won't spend a single nanosecond in that seal thinking about herself.
In fact, would she even be able to be caught by his seal? She'd probably be able to make it te other side of the Land of Water before he could create a sal strong enough to seal her, with how fast she is.

I'll be sure to do so. It isn't kekkai genkai, it's just simply combining the two elements like Zo.
