Okay, so I came up with a new policy for this thread: Periods like this, in which I wanna let you guys develop the character's interpersonal bonds, are excluded from what I'm gonna say.
Whenever I post a story post (the ones in which I tag you with an OOC note) you have seven (7) days to reply. Maybe a little more, if I'm being slow on getting the next story post up. If you do not reply, you'll be dragged along but not considered for specific, individual attention. I think this is fair to those who are really up to date but it doesn't dismiss slower participants entirely. You may jump into the current (!!! Do not try and deal with like two pages worth of roleplaying in one post. It gets tedious) situation whenever. That way, your character "rejoins" the stage, and I'll pay individual attention to them again.
Should someone miss to move their character along in time three (3) times, I'll exclude them. An excluded character may be reentering the story once, and only if I feel it's realistic the player is more active, but that's all. You can, of course, give me a heads up that you have a busy scheduele, or finals or a friend in the hospital or something like that, and you'll be dragged along with no issues whatsoever.
PS: Situations such as sim's, where he is "deactivated" for the time being, are an exception. Sim is, obviously, not required to post in IC1 when I advance the story.
