Okay, so I came up with a new policy for this thread: Periods like this, in which I wanna let you guys develop the character's interpersonal bonds, are excluded from what I'm gonna say.

Whenever I post a story post (the ones in which I tag you with an OOC note) you have seven (7) days to reply. Maybe a little more, if I'm being slow on getting the next story post up. If you do not reply, you'll be dragged along but not considered for specific, individual attention. I think this is fair to those who are really up to date but it doesn't dismiss slower participants entirely. You may jump into the current (!!! Do not try and deal with like two pages worth of roleplaying in one post. It gets tedious) situation whenever. That way, your character "rejoins" the stage, and I'll pay individual attention to them again.

Should someone miss to move their character along in time three (3) times, I'll exclude them. An excluded character may be reentering the story once, and only if I feel it's realistic the player is more active, but that's all. You can, of course, give me a heads up that you have a busy scheduele, or finals or a friend in the hospital or something like that, and you'll be dragged along with no issues whatsoever.

PS: Situations such as sim's, where he is "deactivated" for the time being, are an exception. Sim is, obviously, not required to post in IC1 when I advance the story.

I'm incredibly sorry for the delay. I realize it's ridiculous to implement post timetables and then not abide... But I was sick and had stuff to do, and then Morde and I had to actually be able to collab, so yeah. Won't happen again, I promiseee. I hope the new settings give you something to do. Collaberate, or just exchange posts singularly, and overcome the obstacles put in your way. You can do it! :D

Sim, specifically, we have to collab sometimes soon, I hope we can organize this quickly.

@Sunbather

I've been procrastinating on post for about a week now, finally getting to posting on everything I'm in. Do have a bit of test and stuff this week, but I think I can mange to get something out relatively soonish.

been trying to bother Coin and Poe to see if we can do something together, but if you'll let me I'll have Eve bust through walls soon.

I'm not sure if this is clear, but you do not have to reduce your postings to collabs and/or once a week posts. You can do your exchanges and whatnot just normally and with multiple replies, as long as it's not completely excessive. I feel maybe Thalassa has given off the vibe you HAVE to post once a week and it has to be half a novel, but this isn't a super strict game. I just want at least a post a week.

*shooshes everyone (except Morde) to post*

I will. I'm feeling p good. I can do this. Prolly won't get stuck playing GTA all day. Don't worry.

Cripes. I'll start a collab soon, I guess, but seriously, honestly, I don't know if I can continue with this.

If you can, then just say so flat out. I can work with losses, but I can't work with an inactive, filled up player roster, basically. I won't be mad if you leave, but I'd appreciate it if you give me a note.

Sorry, time has gotten away from me. I'll be working on my post today but might not get it out till tomorrow night.

There has been no posts from you guys all week. Because I, too, have completely slept on it last time around, I will grant everyone a strikeless offense, but please, do post from now on. Again, you don't have to post once a week with super elaborate posts. Get discussions going, make up enemies if you wanna kill them, have arguments with one another. Just play! This is the time where everyone can establish relationships. I will not drag this out forever, so get in on it before it's too late.

@simj22

For clarification: Do you wanna continue or not? I just have to work with security, I'm sure you understand.

@Poe @Mordecai

You're good! :P

I'm a little confused as to what just happened. So they got sucked into the door, bright orange light, giant skeleton, soldiers and screams?

The door opened. Orange light and a pull comes from behind. They can either escape through the vent Vonnegut fell through or let themselves be sucked into the skeleton's tubes.

Decisions, decisions, decisions. Alright, thanks for clearing it up.

I'm trying but I got ducked into more hours at work and I was exhausted yesterday. All the posting and chatting I'm doing is for the most part from my phone before I start my shift.

I'm trying to get something out by tonight or Monday. It's not gonna be a good post though and I don't like throwing up posts I'm not happy with. Dx

@Sunbather For Group B, I'm kind of unclear on what happened to the first guard and William's dead body. Are the holes in the wall wide enough to serve as an alternate escape route for the characters other than the door, or do they have to fight their way out?

I was in the same boat. Also, just to note, Idris may or may not start to protect Arina more often from this point onward.

There's a wide room. A phenomenon similar to the one happening shortly after Elliot's death occurs. After the light is gone, William and the guard who shot him are gone. Clean, weird holes are in the walls, as if someone took a chunk out of the building into nowhere.

O-kay. That seems clearer now, kind of. Not sure if what I'm thinking right now is right but... Oh god, could we possibly be experiencing some form of divine intervention?

The Thalassian government assures its citizens that things such as divine interventions are nonsense. We also encourage silence in regards to spiritual themes, or the authoritive body may persue capital punishment.
