I'm a bit confused on setting such as where on Earth and where the cons and bots are both located in the area?

As far as I can tell nothing has been definitively stated about locations other than the stuff by Obsidian and myself, and even we only specified either on our little ships or, in my case, the mountains of Tibet. Otherwise everyone has written in vague, nonspecific terms; "near the Ark", "in the lab", etc.
We should probably start nailing these things down to help with visualization, if nothing else.
