Kita woke from farming all night up against a building. She tried to make it back to the inn but was too tired. "Damn, I have to get back to Hana. She runs down the alleys of The Town Of Beginnings. She runs past a small store and runs in and orders two apples. She takes the apples with a smile and continues her search. While she's running she hears singing. "Wow she's good." Says Kita searching. She turns the corner and sees Hana singing. "Oh my god you're awesome!" Yells Kita. She smiles at Hana and tosses her an apple.

 

[Epicebixia]

"Shit. I forgot Achilles." Kojima mutters as he makes it to the area specified on the flyer. Several people are here, but Kojima guesses there are gonna be a lot more coming. The area consists of a small patch of grass in the middle of town. There is a seating area, that looks similar to bleachers, facing the east, over to a man who has strong looking gear. Currently he is talking to a weaker looking man. "Maybe that strong guy is going to lead us..." Kojima wonders. The sky has turned a pale blue and the city is bustling. As the minutes tick on, more people flood in.

[Krillin]

"Hey Hana there is a boss raid in an hour or so. I need to grab some gear. Here come with me." Says Kita grabbing her by the arm and running into a weaponsmith. Kita looks around in amazement. On a rack she sees a large bronze hammer. "I am sold!" Says Kita in excitement. She looks at the price and sees she still has money left. She walks around until she finds an some armour that fit. Plus it had purple cloth, which to her was a plus. She puts the items on the counter and puts her money on top of it. "Are you sure you dont want something a bit more agile, or lighter?" Asks the weaponsmith. "I am very capable of weilding a hammer sir. It is my preference on weapons." Says Kita smiling though she was angered by his comment. She grabs her gear and puts the hammer on her back. She unequips her current armor without realizing that she was removing her clothes. She looks down as she feel it got colder. She sees what she did and equips her new armor immediately and walks out blushing a deep red. "What did you think would happen idiot?!" Thinks Kita.

 

[AnarchyReins]

Achilles woke up after he noticed a girl tapping him. All he could remember last night was beating a giant wolf and getting a sword. He finally got up, and messaged Kojima. "hey where are you I know there is a boss raid, and I was gonna do it just message me back." Achilles then checked his col count which was pretty high in his opinion. 2134 col he was gonna save if so he and Kojima could start there guild.

 

[Epicebixia]

Kojima receives a message, it is from Achilles. Kojima reads it and sends a message back.


"A ton of people are meeting up for today's raid. Here is the location:"


Kojima fills in the location and looks up as the man in armor starts talking. "Alright everyone. Thank you for coming today..." He starts to explain that they are all going to take down the boss, at the same time, to raise their chances of winning. After he finishes talking, there are murmurs of a agreement and disagreement.


One man shouts out, "Couldn't a lot of us die?"


"That is a risk we have to take to beat the game. But if you mind your surroundings and think about what you do, you will be fine." The armored man responds.


"Well if we are going in, shouldn't the beta testers go in first?" He shouts back.


A woman, presumably a beta-tester steps up, "And why is that?"


A lot of them start yelling at each other, and even a few walk away. Finally the man in armor attempts to shut them up.


"HEY!" He yells. "ARGUING WILL NOT GET US ANYWHERE! If you have a problem with the way we are going to do things, leave now." The man who started the arguments sits back down. "Alright, let's get started."

Kasai, had been walking around the town almost the entire time sinse he hooked in, when he had ported in the night before, he decided to go out to the plains, and grind. While there he contemplated the past events, all of them flashing through his mind, giving him a migraine. Even though he hated how he was living, choosing to come here meant throwing away everything he knew.


"What's to stop that scumbag from pulling off my nerve gear and letting my head fry, anyways." He worried, referring to his father.


He paused......"Who knows what will happen, but I'm going to make the most of my life while I'm here." He decided, as he took down small heards of boars. As he walked back to the city, he saw flyers posted around explaining plans to take on the first floor boss.


"They don't waste any time do they....neither will I." He said taking the flyer.


He was only able to scrounge up enough Col to pay for a low end inn, but it was a roof over his head.


As he began the new day, he gathered some low end gear to get him through the raid today, when he was already he walked around, trying to see when people where meeting up.

 

[Epicebixia]

The man in armor continues, "Now. I want to check everyone has half-decent gear. I won't let anyone in with the starter gear on. That is for your safety." He starts talking about safety procedures, and how you could easily swing a sword into your teammate. After he is done a few people stand up and start dueling. Kojima finds this fun and he stands up too. "Anybody wanna duel me?" Kojima asks. A man walks up to him and smiles.


"Sure, you look weak." He laughs. The man was obviously kidding, since Kojima was 6' 2" and this guy was around 5' 7". "I'll initiate a battle."


Kojima accepts and pulls out his great sword. The man pulls out a slender long sword.


Kojima quickly strikes at the man but he dodges and stabs Kojima. "Damn he is fast." Kojima thinks. Kojima swings his blade around, missing again. Luckily he blocks the follow up attack, at almost blinding speed. Kojima lunges his body forward at the man, while he is distracted. Distracted, most likely by Kojima's speed. Although he was tall, he was very fast.


The man is forced back, and Kojima slashes upward taking out a crippling amount of health. Kojima jabs again, winning the fight.


"Good game." The man grins. "By the way, my name is Nao, nice to meet you." Kojima shakes his hand. "If you want, would you like to team up for the raid?"


"I already have a party friend, but you can join us." Kojima answers. They talk some more and Nao joins Kojima's party.


Kojima then asks, "Anyone else wanna fight?"

"Hana i'm really sorry but I don't want to miss the raid. I promise I will find you after." Says Kita feeling guilty about leaving. She adjusts the massive hammer on her back and sprints to the location of the raid. She is very, very fast even with the hammer. She sees merchants walking around in the main town as she runs past them. "I guess a lot of people are playing it safe. I cant blame them.'' She says. She continues to run and sees a group of people. She assumed that was it and jogs up to the crowd. She sees a tall man with a sword asking for fights. "Already people are dueling. Must be confident in his skill." Says Kita looking at him.

Kasai, sees a grouping of people.


"This must be them." He whispered to himself, striding over to the group he asks, "is this where the group for the raid tonight is meeting?" He asks, a man close by, he looked exasperated, but still ready for a battle.

"Yeah, we're just messing around until then. You wanna battle? Speaking of which. If so my name is Kojima." Kojima adds wanting to find more party members and friends like Nao and Achilles. Speaking of which where is he? Waiting for this man's answer he notices the girl from yesterday, one of them atleast, staring at him. Even stranger...

[Krillin]

Kita notices she's staring and looks away. Then she looks back up. "Hey aren't you one of the guys stalking me and my friend from Yesterday?" Asks Kita. She puts her hand on the grip of her hammer, but if he rushed her the hammer would take to long to draw.

"It honestly looked like you were stalking her." Kojima smiles. He looks at her hammer. "You wield a hammer? That's cool. I prefer a fine edge myself. I would ask you to battle, but I just asked this guy." Kojima turns back to the guy who approached him.

"Good to meet you, I'm Kasai" he said shaking his hand.


"I'm sure if you want to get kicked on your ass." He said smiling, sure he wasn't going to win.


He took a step back as he began talking to a girl, looking about his age.

 

[Krillin]

"I wasn't stalking her, I was helping!" Says Kita. "And yes I wield a hammer. The more power one can put behind each swing is the most important thing to me." She says. She looks at the man that walked up. "Hello Mister. you weren't stalking us too were you?" Asked Kita.

Autumn gave an interested smirk as the male sat up and messaged someone. "Who you messaging, pretty boy?" Autumn asked with a playful wink. She was obviously in a flirty mood, crouching on her feet and placing her elbows on her knees. She held her chin up with her palms, giving the male a seductive smirk. Anyone she was talking to would have automatically counted her as suspicious just because of the way her red eyes glinted with interest.

"Um....I don't know, depends how you feel about it." He smirked at the girl.


"So are you going to the raid as well?" He asked her.

 

[Krillin]

"Yes, you creep." Says Kita. even when she tries to sound serious it comes of as a cute flirty way. She sits down and crosses her legs as she opens her menu. She decides to message Hana.


"Nothing like being harassed while waiting for a raid." Texts Kita before sending.

 

[Epicebixia]

As they were talking Kojima sent Kasai a duel invite. "I am up for a challenge," Kojima chuckles. He pulls out his great sword waiting for the answer. It was surprisingly easy to find nice people in this game, despite everything that has gone down in the last day. "Anything is better then just waiting for a floor boss. At least this guy with the armor seems to know what he is doing. I think I remember him from the beta. Anyways, sorry for droning on." Kojima gets into a fighting stance, hoping Kasai accepts, or he will look like an idiot.

Kasai laughs a bit, he then sees the invite, and smirks, pulling out his iron great sword he got ready, and accepted the request. When he got in a battle stance he decided to go for it. "So, Kojima I don't want to beat around the bush... I was wondering if I could join your party, if you give me a chance, I can be a valuable asset." He said hoping for a positive response, he knew he needed to form friends here to get far, he hoped they could become a powerful team.

Hana had given a smile and a cute little wave to her friend as Kita left, suddenly feeling hollow inside. She didn't have much to fight with, and decided she shouldn't go to the raid even if she wanted to. But, deep inside she wanted to at least see her friend off. What if something bad had happened to Kita? What would Hana do without her?


A little bit after Kita had left, like fifth-teen or so minutes later, Hana had decided to stand up and start walking in the direction Kita had left.


On her way there, Hana had gotten a message from her party member. She gave a light, painful chuckle to the message, her voice sounding forced and shaky. Her eyes narrowed as she typed up a response, but she gave no hint to her drop in mood in her message.


"Heh, I understand that feeling a little to well. Want me to come over? I have nothing better to do anyways, and I'm kind of already headed there anyways." Hana sent the message, continuing her voyage despite what response she got from Kita.

 

[Krillin]

"I would love that! I'm just watching some guys get ready to fight. It's not to the death or anything though." Sends Kita. She didn't want to ask why she knew that feeling a little too well, because it sounded private. She was glad Hana was coming though. She was scared and Hana was her only friend. If there was a chance she was going to die, she wanted to have someone remember her.

 

[Princess Starla]

Vivi-Anne notices a boar and trys to stay away soshe starts fighting it but her hp is slowly going down to red


"Ugh i done believe this" vivi exclames as she jumps out of the way of the boar attack

Hana arrived a few minutes after getting the message, suddenly realizing the amount of people in the group. She got a couple of weird looks from some guys and for a second, was about to back down and just tell Kita she had gotten caught up in something. But then Hana spotted Kita just a little ways away, and decided she couldn't just leave her friend behind now. With a determined expression to hide her insecurity, Hana jumped her way down next to Kita, tapping the girls shoulder and flashing her a cute little smile before settling herself beside the taller girl. Hana looked around, shifting a bit at the sight of eyes on her, but trying her best to not show how uncomfortable she was.


"It sure is crowded here." Hana mumbled, looking up at the two males who were preparing themselves for the fight. Upon the sight of the male from yesterday, Hana gave him a awkward glare and scooted herself closer to Kita, long hair flowing around her tiny frame like a small dress.

 

[Krillin]

"Hey Hana! Yeah it is kind of crowded." Says Kita giving Hana a welcome hug as she sits down. "It's not a bad thing though. The more people the easier the boss I hope. When we beat it i'll make sure to take you to floor two with me. Then maybe you can start our guild. Have you thought of a name yet?" Asks Kita ignoring the men.

Hana looked over at Kita and shook her head. She hadn't even been thinking about it. Hana looked at the guys for a moment before staring back at Kita. Hana couldn't help but notice the attractive things about the taller girl, a thing Hana had with other people since she was always stared at herself. She puffed out her cheeks just a little bit again before sighing.


"I don't know... I'm not even sure about leading a guild. Maybe we could try and get some other members and someone else could be leader... I just can't do something so bold like that." Hana admitted, looking at her hands which were rested in her lap, thumbs trembling and blue eyes narrowed softly.
