When Jacob learned of SAO he tried his hardest to beta test it but was sadly unable. When it finally came out he wasted no time in getting the game and the supplies needed for a week binge on the game.
  
  
  History: Jacob's life has been rather fortunate as far as he's concerned. Born to moderately wealthy parents in Japan, who'd moved their from America for business years before, who sought that their son never had need for anything he had just about anything he wanted. Now with most this would go to someones head, creating a rather spoiled and rude person. For Jacob it simply fueled his aspiration in life. Gaming became a major part of his life and he aspired to some day become a developer. Along with gaming he became invested into creative writing and other similar aspects of such a field. His greatest love was the creativity and creations that fueled the worlds of his favorite games. He loved the process behind the creation of a successful game, primarily the creation of the world, the lore, and the people in it. To him a successful game came from the world, not the story. He doesn't like to share his emotions with others, and hides his weaker and more sensitive side. At first, it might seem that Sora hates everybody in the World, but he's actually a very loyal and caring person to his closer friends and tries to please his friends whenever he can.

Sora has a dark side to him that not many people know of. Sometimes the emotions that he tries to hide can take over him, changing his personality completely and making him an aggressive and heartless person.

Sora uses video games as a way to escape real life. In a video game Sora feels so much more free and secure and actually feels like he can control something in his life.




History:

Sora's mother died when giving birth to him, leaving Sora alone with his Father.

Sora's Father always tried to give Sora a good and happy life, and by doing so he had to work all the time leaving Sora alone most of the time. Sora never liked his Father as an infant, but has he grew up Sora realized that his Father was the most important person in his life. He suffered a lot of bullying in his school, but he's grown accustomed to it and doesn't really care.

Although a little air-headed and dumb, Nyomi is a rather sharp witted girl, she just doesn't show what people don't need to see until the right moment. Clumsy, naive, a bit oblivious, and excitable, she wouldn't be the first choice people make when picking someone responsible and mature. Despite her childish characteristics she does have some good traits to her such as having a strong will, loyal, and picks up things rather quicker than most. People tend to underestimate her due to her weak appearance but she always manages to prove them wrong, doing so with a smile.

History:

Moving out of her parent's house not too long ago, Nyomi has been living on her own for the past month or two. Her life so far hasn't been a real struggle, being an only child meant she got all the love and support from her parents without having to try to win their attention. She would start college soon but not know of what path to take once she got there. In order to take the stress and worry off of her current life, her friends gave her a house warming gift of the newest game in the market, Sword Art Online. Nyomi had been whining about not being able to afford it but it seemed that her friends were able to pull through and buy it for her, how lucky for her..

Ayame was born the only child to loving parents Ayumi and Jiro Akiyama. Both of her parents work in the technological field, and thus Ayame was always getting the newest gadgets not soon after they hit the market. For her 18th birthday present, she was gifted with brand-new NERVgear and a copy of SAO.

Personality: Lucian is a person who never really seems to display more of himself than a faint interest in ongoing situations and a general mild amusements at events that unfold. In fact, he would seem to be above most concerns entirely, never really becoming angry, or disappointed, or unhappy, regardless of what might happen. All told, he displays very little actual emotion, and seems absolutely devoid of such things as pride, expectation, or desire. Although normally a person who doesn't show a lot of emotion if he ends up warming up to somebody they will see a whole other side to him, he would no longer be the emotionless Lucian and instead almost like he had became a new person he would let his emotions out showing happiness, joy, sadness the whole lot but upon meeting someone else the whole emotionless factor reappears.


History: Lucian was born in japan, Ono where he grew up and lived most of his life. It was a pleasant and simple life he would go to school, finish school and then go home and play on many MMO's or RPG games normally alone or with some friends. He didn't know what got him into games nor what got him addicted to them and most stereotypical people think that gamer's which are addicted are over weight couch potato, which isn't the truth in Lucian's case. In most games he played he was a well know Pker or player killer and he is know throughout many of the games he plays. He was excited when he first heard about SAO and he spent months before release day researching about it.

Despite her cold and harsh personality, she still has morals, as she is against Player-Killing, Stealing, Lying and other Deceitful Actions.


History: As she has past Experience with other MMORPGs, BlackRose would not be your average newbie. A very committed person, her days were often filled with hardcore training exercises, her nights with study and recreation. She never really had much interest in joining guilds and parties, as she feels that they will hold her back. However, she will often go out of her way to help another player in trouble With the exception of Boss fights, she will not party up with other players. If there is anything she hates more then a Boss, it is Player-Killers.
