If none of you have ever heard of Sword Art Online, you might want to check it out! But, for this roleplay, you don't need to know any of the story.
The Story
This roleplay takes place in 2022, when a VRMMORPG (Virtual Reality Massively Multiplayer Online Roleplaying Game) called Sword Art Online traps all of it's player, not letting them escape unless they get to the top floor of Aincrad, the Floating Castle which the game takes place on. But this is not like the anime or manga. Kirito and Asuna, don't exist. You will be roleplaying as a guild member of a ragtag group known as The Order's Keep, the group is made up of you and some of your friends, and together, you try to get to the top of the tower, because if you die here, you die in real life.
Game play
This will have a max of 5 players, because this is a turn based rpg. There will be many, many skills, and battles wI'll ne fierce. There are sadly only group battles, no solo battles. There will be scenarios and events, and they will all be in a style similar to an MUD. The desist on of what action to take is up to the team. Talk amongst yourselves and decide what to do. A small sample would be,
"You stop at a crossroad. A sign points to the Village Of Valheim, a village populated by mostly merchants who will buy and sell equipment. Another points to Kobald Fields, a small pasture whwhere wild Kobald roam. The field harbors strange fruits and vegetation usable in cooking. Where will you go?"
