Um....aren't Night Caste portrayed more as being anybody that is good at finding out what they aren't supposed to know? Night Caste are sneak thieves, information peddlers, nosy little girls, and various other roles. They aren't just assassins, and if thats the only kinda of Night Caste you've ever seen, you have unimaginative players.
