Personality: Andrei is a patient man, with a knack for understanding ancient civilizations and texts. He is often thought of as the friendliest person in school, thanks to his mind reading giving him the knowledge of just what he needs to do to earn peoples' respect.


Likes: Things going to plan, friendly people, learning about history.


Dislikes: Things not going to plan, rude people, people who don't care about education.


Background Information: Andrei earned a doctorate in archaeology at MIT, graduating in the top third of his class with a dissertation titled "Supernatural Occurrences and their Cultural Influences". His extensive work in the field of archaeology earned him quite a few important contacts, including the superintendent of Surnaturel Academy. When he made a trip to check out Surnaturel Academy, he learned of his amazing psychic powers (previously, he had just written them off as very lucky intuition). The superintendent, eager to have such an educated man in his employ, hired him to be their Spells Origins teacher. With a deep knowledge of ancient shamanistic cultures, Andrei has applied this knowledge to the deep history of magical spells and the cultures based around them.

Background Information:


His race was that of an ancient and powerful people who had their golden age long ago. Now they have retreated from most affairs residing in places far away both mystical and slightly mundane. However it occurred to them that as time passes by their heritage becomes even more lost on earth and as such have decided to re-establish new connections to revitalize their culture by the usage of emissaries. Josue is just one of these emissaries. Although his attitude leaves much to be desired he has the skills to do such a task. Now he joins this school to learn of the other cultures and races to report back on.

• RDBA: Seven has access to the RDB, which allows her to read and alter its fields. The RDB is divided in different access levels that can be explored depending on the user's security clearance. Seven has a default ORANGE RDB Security Clearance, which allows her to temporarily spawn new RED fields near her and load custom programs on them. ORANGE RDB Security Clearance also allows her to read RED and ORANGE fields (which correspond to simple inanimate objects like a plank and average inanimate objects like simple machines, respectively) and edit RED field values in ranges no higher than 16-bit RDB Generic Units.
  
• Privilege Escalation: Seven can perform netruns against the RDB's control systems, which allow her to temporarily increase her security clearance. Seven has only been able to reach YELLOW RDB Security Clearance as of now, but analyzing the RDB could give her clues about potential vulnerabilities that could allow her to reach even higher levels. Maintaining an abnormal security clearance for too long would make her easily detectable to the RDB, which could trigger its Special Containment Procedures to immediately demote her to an even lower security clearance than her default one. Seven has enough data about the RDB's internal procedures to be able to investigate the possibility of permanently reaching higher security clearances, but she hasn't been able to find the way to do so yet.
  
• Subroutines: Seven can, given enough time, craft special programs to automate RDB procedures, run custom RDB Field Programs or even analyze certain situations with extreme efficiency.

She could be best described as "polite, but cold". Nobody has seen her express any emotion, or at least not yet. Luckily, she always remains calm and peaceful, with a pleasant mild smile drawn on her face at all times.

Background Information:

Found in the ancient ruins of [REDACTED], very little is known about RDBAI-07, other than she appears to be some kind of android built by an ancient civilization. She was recovered by [REDACTED] on 1937, along nine other inactive androids.


During the night of 1998/1/3, a single android woke up from her sleep. Scientists were amazed by her apparently magical powers, and tried to learn as much about her as they could in 17 years.


However, as soon as the Surnaturel Academy discovered about RDBAI-07's existence, they did everything they could to recover her. Just some days before the start of this year's grade, the Surnaturel Academy managed to successfully infiltrate the facility she was kept on and bring her with them. Now, she's treated as yet another student of this school, providing training for her supernatural powers.

Background Information: Born the son of an impoverished British noble living in Iran, Johnathan was given over to a group of djinni as a child to pay back a gambling debt accrued by his father. Johnathan spent most of his childhood living as a djinn, passing the Eight Trials of Smokeless Fire and becoming an honorary member of their race at the age of 22, at which point he was allowed to strike out on his own, using his skills accrued as a nomadic hunter to track dangerous mystical beasts and slay them. Later, after receiving an honorary doctorate from The Great Britain Institute of Cultural Appropriation and Socially Accepted Crimes Against Nature (GBICASACAN) for discovering, documenting, and subsequently killing so many new species. After a while, though, he felt like he had hit the top and it was getting boring, so he took a break to try and teach these idiots about the wonders of biology.

Personality: He's a serious man with little tolerance for the disobedience of his students. This was brought on by the deaths of many of his students in war before he came to Surnaturel Academy. He feels it was because he wasn't hard enough on them that they didn't have the skill when they needed it most. He seeks to produce truly powerful students at Surnaturel and everything he does is to produce as many powerful warriors as possible.

Background Information: He started out as wandering warrior, he cut down monsters, armies, and many other foes. Around the time he was 30, he had awakened to a gift in his clan that has been pasted down through the generations which was known as Ultimate Fighter and said to have been a gift from the Divine. He continued as a wandering warrior of unparalleled strength in Japan for another 30 years before he started to question himself and what he was doing. He eventually settled in a remote area of Japan outside of a small village to reflect on his life. Eventually kids from the village came down to his settlement asking to be taught in the ways of the sword. That was his introduction to teaching, but eventually he saw his students die during the Sengoku Era and the end of the Edo era. He fled Japan to a remote corner of the world to avoid teaching again. But then he was sought out by the Superintendent of Surnaturel recently due to what he recognizes as impending war. He refused at first but he was convinced nonetheless to return to teaching in hopes of making it up to his students who died.

Powers: Nullification: Though Johann is physically equal to a human, his power as a Null is to nullify the powers of others. Magic fizzles, proper ki flow is blocked, and the eldritch energies powering undead and constructs sputters. In effect, everyone in a 16-yard radius around Johann is gradually reduced to the level of a regular human. Though it is incapable of killing anyone, it weakens (or strengthens) them to a level proportionate to his own.


Weapon of Choice: Johann is a huge fan of good old-fashioned Krav Maga, and uses it to its fullest extent in his occupation.


Personality: Johann is very hot-blooded, often charging into battle with the utmost confidence. Even though he is as dumb, slow, and frail as a human, Johann is convinced he is unbeatable.


Likes: Strong opponents, bravery, self-assurance.


Dislikes: Cowards, liars, manipulative people.


Background Information: Born to an impoverished family, Johann learned to take a punch at a much younger age than most people. He managed to score a spot in an amateur mixed-martial-arts-themed freak show as "The Equalizer", using his powers to weaken, confuse, and defeat his supernatural foes. Unfortunately, his gimmick wore thin, and he was retired after five years of combat and showboating. While he was coasting off his earlier fame and money, he received a letter from Surnaturel Academy, looking for a security guard capable of dealing with powerful supernatural students. Leaping at the chance to fight again, Johann took a trip to Surnaturel and became their top security guard within the month. Due to the nature of his powers, he has his own dormitory settled near the gym, and he has earned the hatred and revilement of most of the student body and faculty. Thanks to a rather sudden staff change, the Defense & Logic class was left without a teacher. Happy to have a chance to earn more money, Johann took up the role, even though he was not an accredited teacher. With the required textbook at his side, Johann feels he is ready to teach kids all about Defense & Logic.
