~Supernatural Training Facility~ [Inactive]

Etcetera spoke up being behind Spice now, and he heard what she had said. Nobody was bothering to talk to him, so he had to make his own conversation.

"And who's the one who doesn't know what their doing?" He replied to her comment, with a smile on his face. If anything ETC was probably someone who would pick up on a lot more than even she. With his clairvoyance he had to learn to be empathetic towards people, and he nearly had that skill mastered by now.

She's so tiny... He thought in his head, as the brother-complex was trying to take over. He always wanted to protect things that were smaller and frailer than he, for he of course thought that they needed the protection. It's not that Etcetera was very tall though, he only stood at a measly 5'9, his brother on the other hand had always been taller than him... Etcetera wondered what his brother was doing now... He didn't even know where he was...

@Imrealk

MEANWHILE AGAIN...

The tall man walked through the woods, occasionally getting scraped up by some of the trees and shrubs... He was headed in the direction of a small town, where here he would be able to change his appearance somewhat and even get some money. This was imperative for his plans to work... Nobody knew what kind of storm was coming..

Nobody but Clear, that is.

Taken a bit aback by the laughter of the girl, Shade decided to put it behind him, and smile."Phew! Good job,Shade, you didn't utterly freak her out. Maybe there's still hope for your social life!" the thought crossed his mind. "Well," he replied "it's nothing much really. You'd probably find it boring." he said as he raised his hand up, uniting two fingers before---

*SNAP*

A small dark mist laid where only a second ago Shade stood. Almost immediatly, another black mist had formed near Secret, on the couch, where Shade had re-appeared. "
Some call it "teleportation" but that sounds so dull to me, so I've started calling it "blinking". As in...I can get from here to there, in the blink of an eye...you know..." he started stuttering again. "Oh for crying out loud, get a grip of yourself!" again the voice in his head admonested him. "Basically, I can teleport anywhere I want in a 10 meter vecinity, as long as I picture the location I want to appear to in my head. I can even teleport other object with me, but that requires more concentration and isn't as easy..." he continued. "I'm sure it isn't as great as yours...or the others, as a matter of fact!" he looked away, trying to avoid eye contact.

Spice's ears perked up when she heard the voice speaking from behind her. "And who's the one who doesn't know what they're doing?" It spoke lightly. She turned around in her chair to inspect the voice that was ringing in her ears. As she turned, she saw a boy with golden blond hair that stood tall above her seated position. She peered in to his eyes, a purplish-blue that were deep and mysterious. Spice stood up, still a short 5'3 compared to his tall frame. She crossed her arms an jutted out her hip teasingly. She wore a grin to mach his sweet smile. "Well not in a way of ignorance," She began "But in a way of oblivion. The people in this room don't understand how every word that spills from their mouth will impact their tomorrow." she paused for a moment. "And it certainly does by the way." She peered up in to his eyes, curious about them for some reason. She smiled another big grin at him. "What do you think?" She asked, truly wanting to know his opinion.

"Hmm..." He said thinking a moment.

"I would have to say that I agree with you, only with the fact that their speech will effect them in the long run... However, I wouldn't go as far as to saying they are completely oblivious. But I myself would say that most of them are ignorant." He replied to her, with his honest opinion. Under normal circumstance he would have just liked to act kindly towards everyone in the room, but he didn't know their stories yet... Not that he planned on forcibly finding them out.

"My name is Etcetera, and you are?" He added after a moment. He even held his hand out for her to shake. Etc was looking forward to learning about everyone in the room, though he would have to wait for the licking to occur.

MEANWHILE...

Clear had arrived at a convenient store and he walked amongst the aisles, spotting a couple of people here and there. Using his telepathy he took someone's wallet and their money. He purchased some brunette hair-dye to change his natural blonde locks... He couldn't go around looking similar to that attention stealing brother of his, and even with the brown hair the two would share facial similarity.

Should I get contacts as well? He debated internally as he looked around the store..

Secret blinked a couple of times, realizing that the black haired boy that was once in from of her was gone! She looked from side to side, but was not able to find him.

"Uh... Shade?" Secret asked slowly. "Where did you go?"

Is that his ability? Teleportation? She wondered.

Can't use color, cause I'm on tapatalk!

"Interesting..." Spice said, pondering his answer. "Well you know what they say. Ignorance is bliss." She smiled and took his hand in her's. She was reluctant at first, and had hesitated. But with reasoning of his thoughts between ignorance and oblivion, she took it and shook. "I'm Spice. It's a pleasure." She said with a smirk. removing her hand from their grip, she crossed her arms again. "It's nice to have someone who shares the same, or nearly the same, thoughts as me. There aren't many who have the ability to mentally expand their visuals on human existence." She sighed. "It's a shame." She twirled a long piece of her brown locks inbetween her fingers and tilted her head as she looked in to Etcetera's bold but beautiful eye's. A smile formed on her lips.

Cloudy laughed. "Insane?" She sniggered and pointed to herself titling her head and rocking backwards. "There's not much more insane I could be," and blinked and looked around. "Do you know a Sara?" She asked

(Sorry was taking a shower, also imma gonna be painting my nails to, so I might not respond as quickly.)

Etcetera chuckled.

"Yes, well, when you have an ability like mine it's hard to not understand what people are going through. What's your ability, if you don't mind my asking?" The boy asked as he looked down to her. Not many people really fully understood what clairvoyance was, so he figured to break the ice by asking what her ability was first...

While this was happening, Clear had purchased the hair dye and decided upon buying some green contact lenses. He wanted to look like a different person after-all. Besides, Etcetera probably wouldn't even remember him, but Clear had to be careful to not touch him...

Clear began the process of dying his hair and he slipped in the contacts. The contacts themselves looked a bit unnatural, but no matter for that really. Later on he would have to get some clothes too, for he didn't have anything else besides the white T-shirt and white shorts he was wearing...

Spice looked up and thought. "I have ability prediction. I can predict an attack, it's speed, and it's velocity. Pretty self-explanatory," She said. "But I guess you could also say I have a knack for fast thinking." Nodding her head and then putting her hands behind her back, she asked, "And you? What's the magnificent ability you posses that makes you stand out from the rest?" She smirked, teasing the poor boy. "You seem to me the one who would be the main character of the show. The one everyone thinks is normal, but he turns out to be magnificently strong and handsome," She turned her back to him, but looked over her shoulder, her hands still clasped behind her back. "Tell me, Etcetera, is that you?" She said with her sweet voice, smiling. Facing him again, she returned to her regular position of crossed arms and jutted out hip. Spice was in fact curious about his abilities.

"Oh, well I wouldn't go and say that its magnificent or anything...." He said, oh-so-humbling...

"That definitely doesn't ring any bells with me, however you seem like the heroine-type of girl." He replied again, going on to tease her as well.

"If you must, must know what my ability is my dear.... I am a clairvoyant." He said finally, and dramatically as well.

"I would assume that someone of your stature knows what this means?" He inquired, in a rather joking voice. He chuckled a bit at the end too. Spice herself looked rather small, and Etcetera wasn't expected her to be as smart as she is. This is probably where the term "Don't judge a book by its cover" comes in handy.

Clear had changed everything from the head up, and now he was on his way to the mall for some new clothes... He bought a suitcase first and then went into multiple shops, stopping into placed that seemed like they had popular clothes. He had been locked up and transferred place to place for nearly 6 years or so after-all. He couldn't have kept up with whatever the trend is, not that he particularly cared.

He went for the hipster look, deciding that the large framed glasses would help with his disguise. He would need to think of a new name to, so perhaps something like Wish, or maybe Lie... Something ironic would definitely suit him.

In fact... I think I'll go by Irony now... He thought in his mind as he picked out a new name....

"Ah," She began "Clairvoyance. Translated from the french meaning of clear vision, or as some refer to it as 'the one who sees clearly'. You are able to perceive things beyond the natural range of the senses then, am I correct?" She questioned, making sure her book knowledge was indeed true. "And to remind you, I merely predict incoming attacks, their speed, and their velocity. Nothing more. So heroine wouldn't be quite the vocabulary to use to describe me. I'm not even able to protect myself in battle, so I have to attend special training," Spice said, quite disappointed in her range of abilities. She was trapped in this facility and without very good reason too. Although, she was thankful for her large mental capacity which served her well. "but no matter." She sighed. "I would never be center of battle, or attention for that matter. I'm good at being on the sidelines." She smiled. "But your ability seems interesting. Tell me more about it." She said, wanting to brush up more on her knowledge about clairvoyance. Much like mythology, she liked learning about new abilities and was excited to learn more about it from an actual barer of it.

Secret jumped when she saw Shade vanish and then re-appear to her. She put her hand over her heart and sighed.

"You scared me! And what are you talking about? Your power is awesome!" Secret removed her hand from her chest.

"It's better than mine" Secret was always insecure about her ability.

"My ability is only Self-Spawn" she froze. She mentally slapped herself for saying that, knowing that he would probably want to see it.

He glanced at Secret for a moment, thinking to himself how...cute she was, which was weird, as ne never perceived someone of the opposite sex as... attractive before. Not that he ever perceived anyone at all as being attractive ever. She thought his ability was cool, which made him blush for a moment. Most of the compliments he'd ever receive were from either his parents, which didn't count for much, or his teachers, who often praised his skills and learning abilities. "Thank you. Self-spawn, you say? So, practically, you can clone yourself? That's awesome! You could do everything you had at the same time, and then have all the rest of time off for yourself!". Shade thought how good that would be for when he couldn't decide which book to read first, which happened quite often. "So, uhm, what do you like, you know, to do, in your spare time?" Gods and devils alike curse his shyness! But he had to admite, she was still there talking to him, so that was progress. "I personally enjoy reading! A lot, actually. It was nice of them to let me keep my book collection when we moved over here!" he finished.

"Yes, that is correct in terms of it being the dictionary definition... And you could always be the underdog-type of character." He said, again with a chuckle.

"As for more on clairvoyance... I mean, it certainly is interesting and all... But sometimes it's hard to separate my memories from another persons. Especially right after seeing their whole entire life laid out in front of my eyes. I guess I can go a bit insane right after the initial 'viewing' per-say, but I've learned to cope with it..." He said, as his eyes got a bit clouded for a moment as he recalled viewing his brothers memories. In a way he wanted to see Clear again, but he didn't want him to feel like he was unneeded... Etcetera didn't blame him for practically going berserk, and he didn't blame Clear for trying to kill him...

"For a moment it's like.. I become that person..." He said, trailing off.

Of course, he's still very happy to be alive...

"I imagine how that could cause psychological trauma..." Spice said. "It must be terrible having to bare someone's painful memories. It probably makes you feel sort of sympathetic for that person as well, right?" just imagining it made Spice shiver. She had never been good with emotions, never mind having to bare other people's.

Spice began thinking, trying to get her curiosity to come out. "I've never been one for emotion, so count me out." She chuckled, deciding against asking any personal questions. "I feel like it would be scary. Being so in sync with someone."

Bombarded by cereal boxes, Amber collapsed on the kitchen floor, laughing hysterically. After a few moments of giggling that seemed to be endless, she ceased her burst of cachinnation, although she was unable to discontinue her broad smile, and knelt to collect the fallen containers of cereal. "Sorry!" she said, attempting to sound sincere, though her effort to maintain that impression faltered as she erupted in a fit of laughter once more. She concealed her grin with the pile of cereal boxes that she had stacked up as she carried it to the kitchen table, struggling strenuously to keep the boxes from tumbling to the floor again. Her arms released the cereal boxes once she had approached the table, and they skidded onto it, the box of Lucky Charms on the verge of sliding off. Amber hastily steadied it. She had always been klutzy and uncoordinated, except on ice, perhaps her favorite place - where she could soar with freedom, engage herself into spins that caused her face to feel like the wind was pulling on it, the thrill of launching into double jumps, then triple jumps. Figure skaters were always her heroes, her inspirations. She brought her concentration back to right now, in the kitchen, and gave the boy a crooked smile as she pulled the plastic bag of Honey Nut Cheerios from its cereal box. It had hardly been eaten, though it had been opened. After she had retrieved a medium-sized ceramic bowl and circular spoon from the kitchen cabinet, she let the Cheerios from the bag flow into the bowl. "Well! I'll see you in the common room when you've gotten your breakfast!" she announced friendlily, grinning and waving in the mysterious boy's direction as she headed out of the kitchen and towards the common room.

Prefigure shook his head no towards Cloudy. "I don't know a Sara, and still I wouldn't tell you. I cannot trust anyone anymore.", he said with a sigh. "But your the closest to earning my trust, not like your too far in earning it anyway.", he choked out as he made a genuine smile. He hadn't made one in so long...

The reality around him faded and he focused on all of the dates.

It was truly terrifying in a sense that no one else could understand.

Cloudy nodded. She looked around with annoyance. "Someone else must know her, it's rather annoying. She's quite loud," she said, not offering further explanation.

She jumped down onto the floor and circled Prefigure slowly before stopping in front of him. "I don't really know what trust is," she thought out loud. She shook her head and bit her lip. "I can't even trust my body to be there for me."

The memories of the first and only time her body had almost died on her came back. She'd been startled out of her and Cloudy was forced to watch as her body fell down the stairs and bled out. Someone had called somebody and they managed to patch her up. When she had forced her way back in, she had cried for hours, clutching at her body and pulling out her hair.

She smiled at Prefigure. "I suppose that people like us find it hard to trust in a world like this," her smile faded and her eyes glazed over.

Secret smiled.

"Yeah, I guess so" He's so nice! she thought.

"I am a dancer, so I love to dance and stretch in my free time." Secret said.

"It was nice of the to let me keep all my dance shoes, even though I don't need some and others have gotten to small." she picked on and copied his speech with a little extra.

(Sorry for not posting so quite I have stupid school, damn projects, and amazing awesome dance, so sorry! I'll still be here though)

Shade watched Secret as she talked about dancing. Her eyes were lit on like the Christmas lights his parents had told him about. But he couldn't help but wonder why the girl was copying his speech. Was she mocking him? Not likely, rather she was even more shy and timid than him, and didn't know else to say. A shyer person than him would've been a first. "Well, maybe you can show me some steps some time. I've been meaning to take some lessons back in the old facility, but I never got enough time.". What a bunch of balloney. He never thought about dancing before, but due to some alien, unknown reason, he just wanted to spend more time with this girl. He wanted to get to know her better. Maybe because she resembled him in a way. They both were shy and liked to retreat in their own passions to pass the time. He doubted she'd be willing to borrow some of his books, which is why he didn't offer to lend her some in the first place. After all, thermonuclear physics was not something just anyone would consider a 'light read'.

Secret was taken back by his request.

"Are you sure? Not many boys want to dance, most just think it's stupid and not a sport...." she mumbled the last part. At the old facility all the boys would make fun of Secret for being a dancer, they would all say that she's "wasting her time" and should "go and kick a ball or something" and the girls all said that it "wasn't natural" how flexible she was. This is the main reason why she's so shy.

Ace opened his eyes lazily as a ringing entered his dreams. He shifted his eyes over to the source taking in what it was. Alarm clock. It read 7:00. He stared at it a moment longer before he almost stopped breathing. He was late! In a mad flurry, he tossed his blankets aside and rushed to the shower. Five minutes later, he was dried and dressed in black slacks, black shoes, and a white button shirt. He rolled the sleeves up and bushed his teal hair out. With a nod to the mirror, he rushed out of his dorm. No time for eating...

People already filled the room he came to. He faltered for only a moment before putting on a winning smile and walking farther into the room. "Good morning everyone!"

When Secret finished speaking, Shade nodded to answer his question regarding his wish. "Yes, I'd like to. If you don't mind of course....And...uhm..well, I'm really the sort of guy into sports and all and...uuh..I don't think it's stupid! Not at all, I mean, it's fun...it seems fun, I've never really gotten around to actually doing it." he stuttered some more.
