Fandom Supernatural RP With Amy de l'ABC

(Night, sleep well! <3  Also it seems like maybe you prefer present tense?  So I'm gonna switch.  If you want me to go back to past, let me know.  I'm totally flexible :) )

She nods as he talks, taking in the information carefully and trying to ignore the way the depth of his blue eyes makes her stomach slightly fluttery.  She's a little surprised--she doesn't usually notice a man's looks unless she's really struck by them, so the feeling is slightly strange to her.  But then, she has always had a thing for dark hair and blue eyes, and he's very handsome.  "Okay.  So are you trying to find this angel for a particular reason?  How'd you get on this track?  I mean, have they done anything to make you worry, or are you just kind of making sure?"

"Just to make sure. We've had our share of angels that have come down to Earth and done some freaky stuff. We don't need another crazy with wings. " Said Dean, as he sipped on some coffee. "And sometimes, the quietest ones are the ones you've gotta look out for."

Christine nodded.  "Yeah.  So how did you get on this, then?  Did Cas just sense them, or did you find some kind of sign of them being there?"  She figured this might affect the possible patterns that would help them find the angel.  "And...just to be sure, are we pretty sure it is an angel?  Or is it possible that something else could feel a bit like an angel, and that's why it's so fuzzy?"  She looked at Cas.  "If you can sense other creatures, I mean.  Can you?"

"A while back we met this other angel named Anna -boy was she a boat load of crazy- and she fell to Earth on purpose, similar to this angel we're trying to find. Both fell to Earth the same way, and both falls were mentioned as lightning strikes or shooting stars that fell to Earth in papers and articles. With just that as evidence we weren't sure about it, but when Cas said he could faintly sense this angel's presence, we knew." Dean said, thinking back to when they met Anna and all the weird crap that happened after that because of her.

"Oh, I see."  She thought for a minute.  "Okay.  So can Cas sensing the Grace lead us to it?  I mean, does the sensing change with distance?  Maybe you could kind of play "hot and cold" with it?"  She wasn't sure how this extra sense worked, but that seemed logical.

"The problem with detecting grace is that, if an angel doesn't use it, it slowly diminishes. So if I try to play "hot and cold" with their grace, it wouldn't work. But I do know where it is. As of right now, we are trying to research the town and anything this angel might be doing. But we've come up with nothing as of yet, which is why we need the extra researcher, you." Cas explained, looking at her, knowing that she could help with their case.

"Oh.  Okay, that makes way more sense," she replied, giving him a smile.  "I'll absolutely help."  You already said that, her brain reminded her, and she grimaced mentally, wishing she were better at talking to people.  "You'll have to tell me what you've found so far."

(Sam can tell her that if you want.  Did you have a particular location in mind?)

(Sure :)  And probably somewhere in New Hampshire, since I used to live there when I was little and it was pretty quiet, a perfect place for the quiet angel to be hiding. And you can make up a name for a town or find one that's actually in NH if you want :)  )

(Lol, I'll just use Viridian Town, a reference to Pokemon's Viridian City :D  )

Sam spoke up this time. "We believe that this angel is in Viridian Town, New Hampshire. A quiet town, perfect hiding place."

(Oh, sorry, I was just quick-researching.  And that works, haha.  Was I meant to be playing Sam, though?)

Christine nodded.  "Crime history?  Cold cases?  I'm sure you know the drill."

(Oops sorry. and what town would you have picked? Just wondering and kinda curious  :)  )

Dean shook his head no. "We couldn't find anything like that. But the people of the town are all supposedly tight-knit, and could very well be keeping things from the public eye."

(Haha that's okay.  I was gonna use Dorchester.)

"Yeah."  Christine sighed.  "I love small towns in general, but sometimes loyalty can be taken a little too far."

Sam nodded.  "There was a sixteen-year-old who went missing, but he was recently found.  Apparently he was trying to run away.  The report didn't say for sure, but I got the impression it was something to do with drugs."

"Right."  The young woman grimaced a little.  "So what's your plan now?"

"Probably to go there, investigate, and if we find anything suspicious, we'll research some more based on our suspicions." Dean said, finishing off his food and wiping his mouth with his sleeve.

(Oh, I forgot they were at a roadhouse thing.  Maybe just pretend Christine was brought food at some point? :P  Sorry...I'm super out of it today...)

Christine nodded.  "So do you want me to stay here and research long-distance, or come with?"

Sam shared a glance with Dean, and then shrugged.  "I don't see any reason not to have you come with us, if you're up for that," he said.

"Yeah, that should be fine," she returned.

(Is that okay?  Like, I kinda godmodded there but?)

((Lol, same, my brain is always out of it :P  And that's totally fine :D  )

Dean took out his wallet, as he saw that everyone else was finishing up their meals, and took out the necessary amount for their bill and tip for the waitress. "We'll be leaving soon, if you want to follow us to good ole' NH?" he offered, getting his car keys to his 'Baby' out.

(Haha k, thanks :) )

Christine grinned.  This seemed like a good bunch of people to work with.  "Sure," she agreed, pulling out money for her own meal and tip.  "How far are we, do you know?  I might need to get gas soon."

(How about they're in Ohio)

"About 730 miles away, or about 12 hours of driving time." Cas said, matter-of-factly.

(Should Cas transport them with his angelic powers?)

(Okay.  And he can, if you want, though Dean hates that xD  But Christine is up for it if you want to do it anyway haha)

"Okay."  She nodded.  "Yeah, I should probably get gas before we leave here, then."

Cas get's an idea. "I can transport you all there now. You wouldn't need any extra gasoline for your car, Christine." Dean was about to say no to the idea, but he really didn't want to drive for 12 hours for a stupid angel. He then sighs. "Fine. If Christine wants, that is."

(Lol, it's fine. And I'm pretty sure Dean hates it, since there's that episode where he declines to Cas' offer because he didn't poop for a week or something like that xD  )

(Oh. *blinks* Thanks, I totally missed that.)

The young woman looked at Cas with interest.  "That's really cool you can do that!  What about the cars, though?  Will they be left behind?"  She didn't want to lose her car over this.  It wasn't as if she could easily afford a new one.

"As long as I can touch it, yes I can bring it along." Cas responded. (Since his actual angel self is HUGE! and ca probably bring the cars as if he was carrying toy cars or something)
