Angel and Chuck woke up by the sound of sobbing and yelling

Wisp fell to her knees with that response and to cry excessively

Wisp slowly just stopped crying as she had actually passed out from the raw emotion that had been bottled up for many years

However during her emotional outburst her second pair of wings had emerged
