Fantasy SuperNatural High School

As cat danced she was thinking that maybe for the first time Ina long time she was happy. Being in a house with a strict father mad her sad and kinda lonely, but being in the place she was in in that moment she was happy and she hoped it would always be like this for her at this school.

Tidis walked over to the drink table, and looked at the blood inticing him, but then his eyes rolled over to another container of blood, but smelling it he could tell it was not human, " they serve animal blood hear! This place is pretty amazing." He said in a dry tone, pouring some animal blood into a cup. The animal blood didn't have the same kick as human blood, but it quenched his thirst, and he didn't feel guilty about drinking human blood. "maybe this place is a little more open minded, than the other schools my father has shipped me off to." He thought to himself as he sipped on the blood.

Thorn stood behind the entrance of the gym. All she had to do was walk a few more steps into the gym. Easy enough, then why couldn't she do it? She curled her hands into tight fists. She was getting impatience with herself. "What would Father say to me if he saw me right now?," she asked herself as she closed her eyes.

Pathetic

Thorn's eyes opened immediately. That single word echoed through her head. That single word changed her. Any emotion that showed on her face and in her eyes was now gone. Any sense of nervousness, sensitivity, or anything alike it disappeared into thin air without a trace. Bluntness, sarcasm, and bitterness replaced it. Deep down, a pang of kindness tried to fight to the surface but it was failing horribly.

Thorn walked into the gym with blank eyes but her head was slightly held high. She walked over to the drink table and noticed Ivy looking down at her cup.

Ivy looked up and saw Thorn looking at her. She tilted her head which caused Thorn to look away. Ivy looked around. She noticed that a few more people arrived. Thorn and someone else were at the drink table. Ivy sighed and walked closer to Thorn.

"Hey, I wasn't expecting you to come," she said with a smile.

Thorn looked at her from the edge of her eye. "Of course. I don't usually come to these kinds of events. Daughter of the Grim Reaper. He isn't known as a party animal," she replied in a monotone voice.

"I guess so. What brings you here, then?"

"What brought me here? My feet, since I walked here."

"Wha-oh! Ha, that's kind of funny."

Thorn scanned the table a third time. "No souls? Typical," she groaned. Being a reaper and all, she drank souls. More-or-less. She settled for regular punch. She took a sip as she looked at the dancing crowd with a small frown.
(Uh i didn't get notifications could you help me catch up."
(A dance is currently taking place in the gym and I'm assuming that everyone is there but I'm not quite sure. Students are doing their own thing whether it's dancing or standing around aimlessly. I hope that helps.)

Raiden got his fancy dress pants and a blazer. Raiden walked into the dance. He has no idea why he is coming because he doesn't even have a date.

Ivy put her empty cup down on the table. To kill the tension and silence between them she said, "Thorn, do you have a date? I'm just wondering. I don't have one, if you're wondering."

Thorn bluntly replied, "No and I wasn't wondering if you had one. I don't care if you don't or do." She didn't understand why Ivy was so persistent about talking to her and probably about befriending her. "She'll eventually stop," Thorn thought to herself. Sure she was going against what she told her Father but she wasn't interested in such matters like "friends". They'll betray you as well as use you. That's what she believed and the very few number of friends she ever had proved it.

Ivy sighed after hearing Thorn's response. She wanted to be on good terms with Thorn but she wasn't making it easy. Ivy looked over at the other drinks offered. She filled her cup with animal blood. She was used to drinking it and to her it tasted like pomegranates. She took a small sip and felt her senses heighten. The sound of breathing, shoes tapping the floor, voices became clearer as well the scents in the room. Ivy shook her head, blocking the things she didn't want to hear nor smell. She focused on herself and the people around her. Everything quieted down and she was glad for it. She drank more of her drink as she softly hummed a song she knew.

Thorn looked at a clock. It hadn't even been half an hour. She couldn't think of a good enough of an excuse to leave. She scanned the crowd and quickly glanced at the entrance to the gym which would soon be her exit. She just had to stay a bit longer.

Tidis finished his cup of animal blood, and threw it away, he stared at the people laughing and smiling, " I should probably go study for first classes tomorrow." He thought to himself. But still he stayed, it just felt right. trying not to look to weird just standing at the drink table, he turned to the other people there and started to make small talk.

"So are you ready for the first day of school tomorrow?." He asked, Thorn, and Ivy.

Ivy looked at the stranger that was talking to her. She mentally cheered. She wouldn't mind talking to Thorn but the conversation wouldn't have survived. Glad to have someone else to talk to besides Thorn only, she beamed, "Yup. I'll admit that I'm a bit nervous, though. I'm Ivy. Nice to meet you." She held out her hand for Tidis to shake.

Thorn rolled her eyes. "Great. Someone else," she thought. She looked at Ivy and then at Tidis. "You can say that," she said. She would talk for a bit. It might help make the time past by quicker. Thorn put down her finished drink as she quickly glanced at the clock once again. She had to be patience.

Tidis shook Ivy's hand and said "Nice to meet you too, my name is Tidis." He put on a smile and continued, "Yeah I'm a little nervous too, but it seems like it will be pretty fun, this place is nothing like my old schools, and that is a very good thing." Then he turns to Thorn, " I don't think I caught your name." He said.

Thorn rolled her eyes and muttered under her breath, "That's because I didn't say it." In a audible voice she said, "Thorn. Name's Thorn."

She was never a people person. She much rather be alone but she wouldn't mind some company everything now and then. She always denied it but she yearned for a real friend which was something she believed didn't exist.

"That's true. My old schools were human schools. I always had to wear a hat that covered my ears," Ivy nodded in agreement as her wolf ears pressed against her head as if something was holding them like that. "It was harsh and, may I add, uncomfortable but I survived.," she chirped. She relaxed her ears so they weren't pressed against her head.

Thorn raised an eyebrow at Ivy. She had never heard of someone that was considered a "monster" attend a human school. It caught her attention but for a little bit. "How were your old schools like, Tidis," Thorn asked as her curiosity grew.

"Um... Uh" he stumbled over himself. He didn't want to tell he the truth that his father sent him to every school he could find that would make me more like him. They where abusive mentally and physically, mainly physically, but at the end he was pronounced unteachable in black magic, and the leading of armies. He was thrown out of each school his father sent him to. But this one was so different. His father must have been getting desperate. But he knew this school was a new chance to have a semi-normal life, and he didn't want to drag up old memories. So he quickly gathered his wits and responded, " well you know, the usual, bad teachers, jerk classmates." He replied lying.

Thorn raised an eyebrow at him, "You sure about that? It appears that I don't quite believe you." Thorn knew when someone was lying since she had been lied to many times before. It got to the point that she could call her life a lie but she never did. Miracles existed, but not to her. Nope. Betrayal, hatred, hope, anger, back-stabbing; she experienced it all way more times then she wanted.

Ivy gave him a small smile, "Every school has that so I don't quite understand but if you rather not say, that that's okay. I won't intrude." Ivy never had many friends in her old schools. Especially after one school found out that she wasn't like them. When her parents told her about this school, she accepted without a second thought. A school where she could be herself was music to her wolfy ears. Everyone would be afraid of her even though she wouldn't hurt a fly unless she really had to. If she tried to talk to someone, boom, sliver cross in her face.

She wouldn't be offended but it would sadden her that they didn't trust her at all. The only good thing that came from that school was that she didn't have to wear a hat 24/7.

Thorn rolled her eyes at Ivy. "Fine. Don't tell. I don't care anyway," she said. In reality, she actually cared. She wanted to know. She was curious but she wouldn't admit it. She couldn't. The talk about school brought up memories; both good and bad. The only school she knew was home-schooling which brought new opportunities and made her open her eyes to certain things. She didn't hate it but she didn't love it either.

Jay finishes the decorations and walks into the cafeteria hungrily
Annie was over at the cafeteria eating alone, she didn't mind the dance it was just that since she was being made fun off. It would be a more suitable place to be alone

Cat was slightly suprised that dean was so good at dancing, but she wasn't bad either but not good. She was happy and also kind of hoping it could last forever but she knew it would last.
Dean smiles at her as he dances, "So? How do you like the dance so far?"

"I really have to be careful, what I say to people about my past." He thought to himself. "Yeah, just really irritating teachers." He said as he tried to back up his lie, but he knew they saw straight through it, of atleast Thorn did." What classes are you guys taking, maybe we have some that are the same." He said trying to switch topics.

Cat looked at dean and smiled. "It's magnificent." She said her eyes sparkling. "To be honest, this is the first real school dance I have been to."

Elizabeth walked through the gym doors with a big smile stretching across her checks. She straightened out her white as snow sequins dress. The dress had a small silver sash wrapping around her waist tied together with a small bow. She stretched out her angelic wings that matched her dress. As she walked she thought "this school is soooo cool, I'm so lucky my mother is letting me take a year off of angel duty here. It will give me a chance to have a normal life!" Which is what she wanted most of all, even though she loved her family, she wanted to know what it is like to be normal.

Victoria enters the gym and she looks around quickly before leaving again, she walks towards her dorm and she enters, she had gotten the key before she started to wander and she walks to the window looking outside.

Sam walked into the school and sighed, he could hear music and he for one didn't like it one bit. As he walked down the hall he reached the gym and looked in seeing everyone smile, laughing and haveing fun. But the one thing that cought his eye was his little sister dancing with a guy he didn't. He walked into the gym, being glad he was in his tux, he was walking towards his sister. "Cathrin Nightigale, get over here this instance, young lady." He called fury in his eyes.

(He so mad bra :3)
