"I'm religious." Nizaki said. "I believe that he lives on as a spirit. That he's watching over you at this moment. And that he knows."
"Uh Okay.." he was confused but decides to change the subject. "Any plans for the year?."
"So do I. Have fun and be safe!" She replies.
Peter left the house getting into his new suit. He swung through the city.
Eris rides off on her motorcycle.
As she drove she saw a man. An officer beating a woman and telling her that slaves don't escape.
Eris drives up to them.
He looked at her pulling out his gun. His eyes were glowing white.
She runs him over with her motorcycle.
He jumped out of the way. She recognized him from the news. A recent hero cop. He had helped save a group of kids during a school shooting.
Eris looks confused.
Realizing that he couldn't win he did something else. "I will not be questioned. The Demon will rise." He put his gun in his mouth and pulled the trigger.
"Wait no-" She freezes when he shoots himself. Then, she sighs and looks at the woman. "You okay? What happened to you?"
She nodded.
"What did he mean when he said slaves don't escape? Escape from where?" She asks.
She opened her mouth. No tongue.
She spun the wheel on the app.
Eris calls an ambulance for her and then pulls up a map on her phone.
"Thanks" she said before walking to the door. She knocked and in less than a minute the door opened. Her mom saw her and instantly hugged her tightly.
The wheel spins and then stops, landing on a veteran police officer. Tyson looks at the wheel and laughs.
" okay lets do it then." She said.
She pointed a homeless shelter a few blocks down. A place called the F.E.A.S.T. Center.
Ben hung back letting them have their moment.
"You have gotten taller." She said. Indigo meowed and she knelt down. "You been watching over her." Fate smiled. "I missed you mom. Mom this is ben". Her mom smiled. " hello ben"
"Cool. Follow me." He says as he starts walking.
