Karakuri wished he could smile with his metallic face. "I know what you mean. I just wish the government and its heroes had more agreements. As you know by now, I wasn't always couped up in this metal and microchip body. I was a cop. There were always risks in that line of work. And I took the biggest one yet during an investigation on organized crime. And yet I was surprised when some Yakuza enforcers gunned me down. But fate had it that as I laid there dying in the gutter,I was approached by an outstanding robot. I could tell it wasn't from Earth, but it was beat up pretty bad. We merged like a freakish mechanical symbiote finding its host. We became Karakuri, a techno-organic being that you now see before your eyes. We just needed a purpose. We learned from each other instantly. It taught me technical skill, technopathy, advanced weapons, strategy, you name it. I taught it morals, law, and the value of saving lives and the consequences of taking one. Together we brought down Japan's deadliest crime bosses but through illegal methods. In the end, I went from a responsible lawman to a rogue vigilante. That's why I can relate to both sides of this conflict."

Get them angry over Tony trying to kill a former hero who had helped so many people and only wanted to visit her fiance." He adjusted his ring. "People love the idea of star crossed lovers. Then I could tell them about how Maddy reformed me from a psychotic drug dealer into a reformed hero through her loving touch. Pieces fall into place and all soon becomes well."
