Anna stopped at the sidewalk "DASH!" she shouted before slowly making her way towards him, using her power to either absorb or deflect any bolt that arced towards her

As she was struck she could tell there was something special about the electricity however once she called out to Dash he would turn to look at her.

Dash stood in the middle of an intersection with lightning arcing from his body into buildings and cars nearby. Some of the bolts were red others were blue and Dash seemed to be in pain it had been almost an hour since he had been touched and he had started 7 nuclear reactors on the path of critical overload had messed with several generators for major cities and had broken several buildings all of this world wide.

(It is and his connection has been weakened because he's using the speed force for evil so it's not giving him as much juice as willingly) Zadock looked at them and frowned "you're right this isn't over I'll give you all a few days to reconsider restoring Jace to his position and if that doesn't happen I will come up there and see about either getting him his job back or I will throw my hat in the ring." Zadock then turned to Jace and opened a portal "do you have somewhyto stay?"

Dash roamed the world and in minutes all the news stations began reporting about the red flash that was destroying buildings and disrupting power plants along with nuclear reactors. There were several about to go critical in minutes.

"No. Not really. I mean I guess I could move back in with my parents." He said.

Around the world Ice Powered avengers were being dispatched to cool down the reactors to stop a meltdown. Quicksilver ran to wherr Dru was.

Taylor from his Flower Shop could feel the corruption. His brother was at it again.

Dash stood in the center of new York and then he stood before Anna staring her down "look you're still here and alive, good for you." Dash would then move so fast he appeared to have become 6 verisons of himself each one walking around Anna and inspecting her "interesting you can deflect the remains of the speed force how interesting, but I'm sure that even for you it can't be easy or fun. Why not just give up?" Dash sounded distorted and disinterested in the conversation as if he would rather be anywhere else.

Tanis threw him to the side and breathed deeply. "I will stanf my ground. If you keeo your attack I will have no choice but to make a fatal strike." He said.

Jace nodded. "Thanks. It'll be nice to experiment without the council breathing down my back." He said.

Zadock smiled and then his phone rang. He picked it up and heard speaking and then he said "change of plans we're going to new York." Zadock then grunted as he shifted his portal opening up a few blocks from the mayhem.

Before they could successfully ice the ground anyone attempting it would find their hands broken and lightning striking them square in the chest and sending them flying and leaving smouldering hand marks on their chest from where Dash struck them. Since dash was trying to take control of more speed force he was percieving the world at 1/10th normal speed so he would see what they were trying to do as they did it. His speed mirages then turned and said "you all might want to focus on the reactors I'm about to set off again this time I'll do a few more and see how many you all can handle."

In his iceform Iceman was physically indestructible. (Mind attacks) More ice heroes were dispatched at Nukes.

"Something bad going down there?" Jace asked.

Dash disappeared for a second as 8 nuclear reactors began to fail. Also in that time Dash got the codes to Russian nukes and started the launch sequence for 4 nukes. He then returned to new York and smiled "what will you do about this newest wave of trouble?"

"Yes Dash is going off the rails." The portal dropped them off a few blocks from the battle site and Zadock looked around " help me make a barrier to contain Dash and just him that way other people can get in and out. I k ow it's a complex spell but if anyone can figure it out it's you, also don't worry about size and power consumption just leave that to me ok?"
