Dru frowned "how about we take a page from Dr strange is there a way to lock him up without killing him? I try not to kill too many things."

Dr. Strange thought. "Possibly. There is a realm that imprisons monsters." "Yeah it's called hell." Punisher said cocking his gun. "No it's what mortals perceive to be tarurous. It is a realm that no monster can eacape unaided." He said.

Doctor Strange began to make hand movementa and muttered. A portal opened under the Dalek emporer and the Daleks on earth. They fell through.

Dru slid off his face and formed again his face featureless to protect his identity from those that wouldn't be affected by his mere presence. "good effort team now time to go home."

"Speaking of how did you get here Spider-Man?" Mr. Fantastic asked. "I uh... Stole your space ship." Red clad hero admitted rubbing the back of his head guiltiyly. "WHAT!?" Ben Grimm looked incredibly offended. "Listen here Web-head! Jus' cuz we ain't around doesn't give you free reign of our stuff!"

meanwhile in Edgewood Venus was sitting at a now abandon cafe. She was looking at the damage the Daleks had caused. Adam stepped out of the shadows and sat down next to her. "Having second thoughts Eve?" Venus smiled and shook her head. "No I'm not. I'm ready for us to attack Maddy. she wont join us so we have to kill her. Apocolyspe is right about that."

The heroes all went towards the ship. "We gotta get off of this thing." He said.
