Ajax first reaction was to try and pull away from the hug immediately, but he quickly fell into line. The hug surprised Jax, but he was more surprised about the words that followed. The flood of human emotions was a little much for Jax, as he has spent the last half of a year trying to alienate his feelings.
"Thanks Emily." He told Emily in a similar volume. The hug as most great things, has to end. Afterwards, Jax had many things swimming through his mind. He wanted to say all of them but couldn't say any of them. His voice was too strained from emotion, he felt like he had lockjaw.
None the less, he pushed a few words out. "What now?" Jax asked curiously, trying to regain his composure.

"your welcome.." she softly said as she sat the holding her hands together on her lap. "not really sure.." she said with a shrug looking over at him. " maybe..the best thing is to take things one step at a time.." she said playing with a strand of her curly hair. She wasn't sure what to say that was the only thing coming to her mind.

Jax smirks, being able to get his composure back somewhat. "Sounds like a good plan" Ajax eyes focus on Emily. Scanning every inch for small flinches and movements. Trying to read her body language. His stare was intimidating but laced in a caring aura, it was his way of trying to pick up on social cues. He wanted to know, as always. So he asked "Though? What would the first step should be?" Ajax started to tap his foot, he has extra energy for one reason or another.
Jax was blunt, he honestly didn't know how to proceed.

It is why he's so angry, so angry and I'm not" She stopped as they approached a dead body. it was a young man, covered in a pool of blood. He seemed to be wearing a ski mask, though it was hard to tell because of the headshot

Saniya turned around as the minotaur moved out of the way "Well I'm going to be working on a new project to make me faster with this..." she said as the minotaur set the large dead vex down revealing it was like a centaur model.

"Hmm is this project a maze. " he asked looking at the minotaur.

"No I can generate weapons or gear including changing limbs for example." she said as she changed her own arm to a railgun type of sniper "I took this off a dead axis vex hobogoblin."

I would try to turn my findings into a national science foundation for millions, but I risk exposing my actions to get these results to the world. Maybe I could become a vigilante but many would remember me, they would remember my actions....

She stood up ready to walk home when he asked her to join him. She looked at him, noticing his sincerity of his offer. She gave him a nod "sure why not, sounds like fun" she replied with a smile

Jax nodded then motioned futher forward into the house. A small couch against the wall facing nothing. It had a small coffee table in front of it. The small area was not too far from the lab or Jax equipment.
"Up to you. I'm going to get some much needed shut-eye." Ajax kicked off his boots, placing them next to the door. With his boots off, Emily near towered over Ajax by a head.
"Anyways. I'll see you tommorow? There's blankets next to the lab in the closet. And pillows on the couch."

A figure appeared, standing on the other side of the body, covered in bright fire, as he stared at Zacok "I'm here" his hands clenched into fists

Emily flowed him more into the house, walking over to the couch she dropped her messenger bag on the couch. "thanks Jax...and okaies sounds good, have a good night" she replied as she took a seat on the couch.
