Her heart rate starts fluctuating rapidly. Her body turns cold as ice as black vines start to grow from the ground around her bed. Then, they turn into bats and fly in everyone's faces before disappearing. It was as if her powers were activating on their own, but they were completely out of control.

"All of your powers have been evolving, ESPECIALLY this one, but you don't know what we're capable of because you never ventured into the DARKNESS!" Shadow Eris scolded her counterpart.

"But I can't control your power!" Eris said. "It only activates when I lose control of my emotions!"

"Correction. It only activates when you lose control of the hold you have on it." Shadow Eris countered.

Peter grabbed Eris. "Eris talk to me. What's wrong?" He asked. "Sedate her!" Fury said.
