Aurora lays outside of the restaurant. She brushes herself off and stands up. She then looks at Stella. "You okay? This mutt is quite a rude one. Destructive too. Wanna be a hero?" Aurora winks at Stella while taking out her spellbook. She looks at the metal dog. "Here, beast! I've got a juicy bone for you!"

Stella stood up, brushing off her skirt. " I'll be fine. " she chuckled at mentioning being a hero. "Sure I'm up for it."

Amber was quite collecting herself "I am restraining myself....but I .....WHAT?! Kaleb...no....NO!...you don't do that! Your parents are nothing but horrible discussing trash of humans, who the Fuck does that to their child?! and let alone to get to another child!...her aunt....oh that woman I already....I had been telling Eli for a while that her Aunt was nothing but trouble...that Bitch I wi....." She paused closed her eyes as she pushed her glasses up as she pinches the bridge of her nose letting out a deep breath. "you are not going back to your parents.....you are staying here..."

"Can't." He said. "Can't stay. If I go an cajse trouble. If I be a nuisance. It might get Eli's Aunt off her back." He said. "She's my first real positive relationship... And its my fault everyone knows she has powers. Its my fault that her Aunt wants her dead. Its my fault my parents tried to take her like that. She's not safe with me. Neither of you are. I should leave. I should never have tried to be friends with her. Because of me her life has become so screwed up. How do I live with that?"

Amber knew more about Eliana's family then she had led to believe. "I see....Eli never had friends her own age until you came along either....and you know it's not your fault she is shown her powers....she told me what had happened that day....I figure with your powers you could have easily survived that blast and I know Eli knew that you could too. But knowing her all that she cared was that she was able to help and save her friend from danger, forgetting her years of hiding her powers...." Amber gently placed her hand on his shoulder "look Kaleb I'm not going to keep you here against your will, I just what you to know my home is a safe place for you to stay....you feel like your the cause of all this but your not. Her aunt and people like her are out there and you leaving is not going to stop her from being the way she is....and really do you think Eliana thinks that way?......do you think she would have sneak out to look for you....which I'm still pissed at her for doing so "she said the last part under her breath "you really think if she felt like you ruined her life she would have gone looking for you?...Heck! I'm glad she finally left that devil women! And since you been in her life she actually opened up in using her powers. The only time I ever seen her use it before was when she woukf float or move things around the room when sleeping..."

He just nodded and then looked as though he was trying incredibly hard not to start bawling his eyes out. He sniffed once and blinked the tears away. Clearly supressing his feelings.

"You know you don't always have to play the tough guy....its okay to show your emotions.....just saying" Amber looked at him and gently smiled. "I promise not to tell anyone..."

"I'm tough. If I cry then it people will see me as weak. And they'll use me. I learned that when I was really little." He said. "I can't be weak. I shouldn't have ever been weak. And I won't be ever again. Now I have someone other than myself to protect I can never be weak. I always have to be stronger than the world around me. And tough out the things that happen to me." He said. It sounded as though he refused to let himself feel certain feelings. To protect himself from what a world that he grew up believing wanted to hurt him. It was possible that he was always so head strong and mouthy simply because he had experienced a life that told him he was worthless.

Amber sighed she could tell he was taught and learned that being weak was something he could not do. And it made her sad to know that he had been condition in such a way. "I understand Kaleb...but just know that there is nothing wrong with showing a bit or weakness or crying time to time....Those that really care for you will always understand and would truely never see you as a weakling......just food for thought tough guy..." she said getting up. "Here you have to drink it....need to make sure what ever they injected you two with is completely gone..." she said holding the small vile of golden liquid she had placed on the bedside. When drinking the vile of golden tears it was surprisingly sweet.

He downed the whole vile. At set it aside sitting up rubbing the back of his neck.
