Amber was at work when she had made her way over to the precinct. One she was extremely worried and two when she heard that Kaleb had claimed her as a guardian she was extremely confused. But she heard the cops what they had to say and filed out all the paper work and what had to be done to bail out Kaleb from coustuaty.

The final school bell rung as the students were let go for the day. Eliana walked off to her locker to collect her things. When some of her classmates followed her. "We heard what happened to Kaleb...you know that he will be locked up his whole life for what he did.......right poor Kyle was minding his own business and he just almost killed poor Kyle....." the three girls following Eliana took turns speaking.

"Leave me along....I know Kaleb must have a reason....and why I'm I explaining my self to you?... leave me alone!" She said walking away from them faster. "You know....they might just place him in the electric chair....oh yea that might be fore the best, get done with that Freak of a menous! ...aww but then who would you hang out with?..." they said crowding around Eliana.

"I said leave me alone!" She said pushing one away from her as she kept walking to her locker. That small action caused Stacey to get angry. She ended up pushing Eliana back, one of Stacey's friend tripped Eliana at the same time and with having been moving Eliana crashed face first into the lockers. Dazed the girls grabed Eliana and stuffed her into one of the lockers, locking her in.
