"Police. Those food." Leo said.

The creature cast another glance back, finding the noise to be slightly annoying but bearable. "Food, like the girl?" He questioned "Understanding now, yes. First time, above ground" He indicated at the city with his arm, then pointed at a manhole

"You used to live in the sewers?" He asked.

Dash blinked and then said "so the high frequency sound isn't a solution but it'll work in a pinch. Maybe you could develop something that'll do a similar job without hurting him."

"I would but Kaiser would have to agree to the experimentation." Mainframe said. It would be interesting to experiment on someone like Kaiser. "Uh, no sanks." Kaiser didn't like the idea. "Hmm, Dash, could you give us a moment please?" Mainframe turned his head to Dash.

Dash was nowhere to be seen and there was a note that said he would be back in 5 minutes.

"But that sounds boring. Why go there where its boring instead of staying here with me. I can make it not so boring."
"Because to me science isn't boring." He said. He left and went to the laboratory for the first few experiments everything was fine. But afterwards someone with something to prove had tampered with the supplies. There was a huge explosion. The building was falling apart. Peter ran out of the room. He pulled out the Spider-Emblam and paused. This was his chance to rid himself of the hero inside. "Dammit," He said putting the emblam on.

"Kaiser, remember back in college, when you told me you could trust me?" Mainframe asked, walking toward the German. "Zat vus years ago." Kaiser said. "It's still true, isn't it? I'm still Kayde, just because I go by a title doesn't mean I have changed from the one you had trusted before." Kaiser went quiet. "And loved before."
"I vus drunk, ve bose ver. It vus only vun night." Even Kaiser's brothers went quiet. "That is not how I remember it." Mainframe said. "Vut are you getting at?" Kaiser growled. "You trusted me enough that one time, you trusted me enough many other times after that. Do you believe I would hurt you?" He asked. "Well... No." Kaiser muttered, looking at his feet. Mainframe used his hand to tilt the German's head upward. "Then what makes this time different?" He asked. Mainframe had a way with words, especially when it involved someone who has been involved with him before. Kayde felt no emotion towards the German scientist, but it was all too clear that he still felt some sort of emotion towards the American cyborg. "Nusing... I guess..." Kaiser muttered. Mainframe straightened, "Then will you let me run my experiments? This is only going to help you and your brothers, after all." He said. "I don't vunt to cause pain towards zem." Kaiser said. "Without pain there is no progress." Mainframe said almost instantly. "I don't know..."

"Wha-" Vera turned around to look at Sans. "Did he just leave?! After I- Oh my LORD. Whatever, I guess science is more important than- It's fine!"

"The laboratory just blew up." Sans said looking at the news. "live feed."

While it seemed like Dash had left he had actually vibrated out of the visible spectrum moving so fast that he wasn't seen anymore and was able to hear what they said. He felt bad about it when he heard what they had said but he knew it was too late now so he simply remained cloaked.

After a bit of deciding, Kaiser seemed to come to a conclusion. "I won't hurt zem just to fix a small problem I have." He said finally. Mainframe sighed heavily, turning away from him and walked back to his screen. "As you wish, Kaiser." The tone in his voice made Kaiser flinch slightly. He felt... Bad for his decision. He wrung his hands as if he was some kind of nervous now. Like he was te one that did something wrong. On the inside, Bernard could only rage silently.
Zat scum! He just tried to manipulate him! Now he feels like the bad guy! Say what you want about Bernard, he was there to stand up for his younger brothers. Especially Kaiser.

A door opened as dash walked in at a normal speed "is everything ok here?" He asked in a reserved tone as he could see the tension in the room

Her body kept trying to heal her left arm so she could move it as she went towards Anna.

Anna smiled "here pretty puppy, master wants to pet you" she chuckled and as soon as Maddy for within range Anna let loose a devastating roundhouse kick, which if Maddy didn't brace for wouldve sent her flying

"Yes, everything is fine." Mainframe said in his normal tone. "I should uh... I need to get going." Kaiser said. "Do what you will." Mainframe waved his hand dismissively, not looking away from his screen. "Goodbye, Kayde."
Mainframe barely made a noise of acknowledgement. Kaiser felt actually kind of hurt, he didn't even bother to say goodbye. The German turned and headed out the same way they had come in, nodding to Dash on his way out. "Been a pleasure to meet you." He said before taking his leave.

Dash nodded his head and gave a small wave "I'm sure I'll see you again." Dash then looked at Mainframe with a sad look and said "that didn't sound like it ended well..."

"That was... Fast." Vera went over to see. "Is he alright?"
"well..." Sans said. A red and blue figure jumped from the building getting people out.

"Friends, very well. So they serve you?" He questioned, taking in the sights and sounds of the city
"No they don't serve me. Like you they are family. Friends. You don't ever have to listen to me but there will always be food waiting for you if you do. I'll take your thoughts and wants as seriously as I take my own." Leonidas said.
