Silas arrives at Washington D.C. makes his way to the Lincoln memorial and shows the officer his badge “Silas Riverside, SHIELD, mind if I take a look at the head?” He walks past the officer before he can be responded to and examines Lex Luthors head, untouched after it was dropped. He notices that the head is wet, “that’s weird, why would it be wet?”

Eclipse was now in a old dungeon that has been abandon with a heavy feeling of negative emotions linger in the room from the negative energy but in the middle of the room was a floating sleeping girl, something was enveloping around the girl as if whatever is taking form was half way done.

The negativity didn't affect her in the slightest, she approached the object cautiously

(Kinda depends. Anesthesia is a tranquilizer but not all tranquilizers are anesthesia. Like morphine for example.)
