Zhi’s face turned a slight shade of pinkish red, and let her gaze hang around her shoes for a moment, but otherwise didn’t show much of the avalanche of embarrassment she felt inside. Her eyes jerked back to the stranger when she asked what she was doing here. “Oh, I was just heading back to my apartment after work. I decided to pop some coins into the vending machine to get a lemonade, and while I was walking away I saw this girl in a bush.” She explained, gesturing to the now slightly less cold can of fluids in her hand.
