"Fine. What message do you want to send her?" Bellicus asked. Suddenly a parcel appeared in Fate's room. It said from Ben and Happy early birthday. The Card read. "I'm still stuck as Alien X. Probably will he for a while. So... I wanted to be sure you got something from me."
Jeremy sighed and breathed heavily as if for the first time in forever.
Inside were a pair of gold four leaf clover shaped earrings.
Ben gave a satisfied sigh. "There now we can go on with whatever you guys want to talk about."
Chuck smiled and walked into the tribunal "hello there I want to take the place of that boy in your deliberations."
Bellicus stopped speaking and looked at Chuck. "Hmm... Strange. You would take his place and reside with us in the Omnitrix?"
For some odd reason, Joey was nowhere to be found.

Tyson twitches a bit as his heart rate returns to normal. He wakes up dazed and weak.
The missiles cause a smoke to appear after they connect. When the smoke clears, hundreds of doves fly everywhere. Arkalas has shrunken himself down to an eight foot tall form. He runs at them.Hayden decided to shoot missiles at the back of the beast.
Hayden's armor thins into a sleeker mode, he then stands ready to combat this demon.
"Then Tennyson remains in this form." Bellicus said.
He is intercepted by Scout who shoots him in the abdomen.
"Shall we make a motion in regards to this new comer" Serena said
Diana goes over and hands him the tome. "thank you."
"No." Bellicus said. "Having four of us would remove Tennyson's status as a tie breaker and to remove him would be to return to his human form in which case it would be just the two of us." He said. "I vote against his being here. It throws off the system and makes it unnecessarily complicated."
