The next day came and two hours passed in the courtroom. Joey stood at the podium with handcuffs on as the judge made the sentence. After some discussion and a guilty plea, the judge announced the verdict that was televised live. "With the current circumstances provided and the fact that the president left the incident with only a small paper cut on his pinky and a light concussion, as well as minor injuries to security, the defendant showed no intention of taking the life of the president or anyone else. It was stated that his mission was to find information regarding suspicions of malice from a secret society due to several instances of assault involving other parties as well as history with said secret society. Based on the testimony provided by the defendant as well as special witnesses involving some members of the Avengers and even some accounts from security detail. Some of which include, and I quote 'I saw no anger in his eyes, but rather fear and sadness. I asked him if he was going to kill me, and he said no. I only want to know the truth. Then he put me down and told me to hide so I don't get hit with a bullet.' among others the president himself stated that despite the 'taking out' of security, his life never was in danger after Mr. Takanuchi sat down in the office until he noticed a strange change in his behavior and I quote 'he suddenly began to act almost insane, with hysterical laughter as if possessed by a demon. He was a completely different person out of nowhere. I fell to the floor and hit my head before blacking out.' which confirms that the bodily harm inflicted on the president was not intentional. Under the circumstances, it would appear that the defendant is clearly insane, which brings us to the conclusion of this trial. Due to the insanity of the defendant, the restraint shown during the assault, the minor injuries involved and the testimonies provided, we find the defendant not guilty of the accusation of attempted homicide on the president of the United States. However, the defendant is guilty of the crime of assault on a felony level involving government officials and secret service members, and will be sentenced to 40 years in prison with the possibility of parole... however due to his contributions as a hero and as a member of the Avengers, he will have his sentence reduced to 19 years with the possibility of parole and will be sentenced to 150 hours of community service. Court is adjourned." The judge said as he slammed the gavel.

"We should... it can be just one bed if you're nervous." She said
