Maddy finished doing the paperwork before she went to her staff locker. She had a change of clothes in there. She changed into a grey T-shirt and blue jeans and an identical black trench coat she normally wore. She sighed hoping Joey was doing okay. She was really worried for him. She looked at her ring, thinking about how stuff always seemed to go wrong for them. From Void, her family, and the Abyss so much has kept them apart.
