Hayden took a look at his watch, Almost Christmas...got my shopping done for others...might as well grab me my present... He sighed "So...its almost christmas...I got my shopping ALMOST done...how about you?" he asked
"I got a few things. Never really done much for the holidays. We never celebrated Christmas when i was little. " Maddy said.
"I see..." Hayden smiled "Must of been your parents faith in god or something? As they never had a religion or something...At least thats what I think..." He said as they were approaching an area filled with stores.
Maddy laughed. "No they just didn't do Christmas or birthdays or holidays in general. Everyday we all just trained. Trained our powers and our bodies so we can be killing machines. " she stopped in front of the toy store window, looking at the display. It was a Christmas tree decorated nicely. There was a train moving around it and other toys. "My childhood wasn't normal..guess that's to be expected in a family of villains. I don't even know if I'm going to invite them to my wedding."
"Yeah...makes sense...I was raised normal til I was around 12, and then I got the suit...such a young age to mess up your childhood...and speaking of your wedding...I hope you guys have a great one...despite the fact I won't be there..." Hayden said
Sol shrugged. “Hard to describe, I imagine it’s the feeling most people have everyday, sane ones anyway. It is nice that my thoughts are my only my own”, he said.
Ben looked at the watch. "I'm gonna try something." He pressed a the button and the dial popped up. He turned it scrolling through alien sillouettes until he found the right one. He slammed down on the core. "BRAINSTORM!" He yelled.
"Its not like we done much planning. I can try to get you an invite if you want?" She said
He nods "that's good"
"What are you doing ben?" Fate asked.
"Sure...but don't think Joey would like that..." he stares at the Nintendo Switch as he says that...
"I'm going to see if I can help your watch handel any excess energy from the stones." He said.
"Lower on the totem pole I prefer, otherwise I may never see the light again." John replied
"Hm... Fine." He said. "Burn an oprhanage."

He smiles "Yeah I bought everyone else a gift so might as well buy Smash Bros Ultimate and that Switch...." he rushes in there, grabs the switch and Smash Bros, he buys them and rushes out...."So how long till Christmas?" he asked
Brainstorm scuttled up to the watch examining it. "There are several simple modifications I could make but all them require a battery for better power storage." He said. "What kind?" Josh asked. "Think of a car battery that is the size of a 9-volt battery." Brainstorm said.
"I don't think long." She said as she started walking again.
"I believe around two to three days range...not quite sure..." he said walking back home with a bag containing his gift for himself.
"Just try not to break it. I already had Allyson fix it once for me" she said
Maddy didn't head back home, she kept walking.

"Oh please I am a Cerebro Crustacean. I can hardly be expected to be less adequate in dealing with device than a human." He said. "Just give me a second. And Don't." He said.
