"The first time it appeared was shortly after Legion was killed" said Sol. Thinking all that way back. "Since then it's become physical twice, although it doesn't seem to have the power to cause any harm". Aviaros was suspiciously quiet.

"Charles, as you know we are fugitives according to the SRA. We were on our way to fix an issue in New York and were wondering if we could get the help of the X-Men considering they didn't register. This way we can use the influence of mutants to acquire anti SRA support." Cap replied

Zadock stood up and said " Im sorry what? We need to get this fixed immediately how did this happen?" Zadock waved a hand his aura flaring up and the room changed to a large lab with a library attached to it. Zadock began walking around "tell me all you know about the demon and how this started."

"The demon's name is Aviaros, it ruled Aviand before my ancestors won the war upon slaying him. I don't know what of the old stories was exaggerated but that's all I have to go on. He was a master of all eight elements, and could force other members of his race into submission with a thought" Sol said, he didn't want to list al of the demon king's feats. Made him sick on the stomach to think of it. "I don't know what caused it, but the dark energy at that battle may have awakened him, or this has simply been a long time coming".
