Captain tossed Venom a piece of chocolate. "Nick, we need to think about striking back while recruiting others to our cause. We need to find a SHIELD headquarters and strike. I can't keep sitting around doing nothing."

"T'Challa, do you know any lawyers in the area that can help me out with this situation?" Joey asked as he pulled out a cigarette.

T'Challa thought to himself. "I'm afaid not." He said.

"Well then ain't you lucky. Ben and Maddynare almost fully rested. I'm sending you to the raft to grab someone."
 
"Tony's a dipshit, he caused this, all of this, he could of maybe stopped the new warriors, he could of stopped the Act and look now we are hunted down by the government , He texts Joey "I know your mad, but I can help your trial, and before you ask how I know, Fate told me,"

"Okay enough." Peter said. "First of all he didn't predict that they wluld have gone after Nitro no one did. Second, yeah what he's doing is dumb. But he's doing what he thinks is right. Let's not forget all the good he has done just because we're mad at him now. If we hate him for the mistakes he's made we're no better than the public.who jates is for ours."
 
Tomcat stood against three super villains. Only they weren't attacking and his hand were on his hips like super confused. "So you're taking a.....Villain break" said Tomcat confused. Crusher nodded, while Lobster took a sip of a cold beverage. Neurotoxin sat nearby obviously not agreeing with her cohorts. "While the heroes beat the shit outta each other we're just gonna be over here, being model citizens not using our powers" said Lobster. Tomcat sighed. "Whatever" he said walking away. Even the villains were being lame.

He was hit the face with web. "We do not let him die. He has the money to pay his own bail and trust me the moment he's sentenced he'll blow everything up.

"Yes me too." Peter said. "Because I know that Tony's a good person." He landed on the ground. "You act like your such a good person Hayden but you don't actually make the heroic desicions. You refuse to offer secpnd chances, you never try to understand the probelm from someone else's perspective. You see black and white. You aren't avengers material."

"Guess I'm filling out the paperwork myself." Joey put on his jacket "Jarvis, let me know when the Iron demon is done repairing. I'm gonna go fill out some paperwork. Also if you can give me the recordings of the events involving Maddy at Avengers tower, that would be great."
