Roxie frowned seeing wisp like this. Her being like this was the reason she was still in this hero infested house. She really wasn't sure what to do.

A man in a black hoodie walks into a hotel. He smiles and waves at the people across the counter and then heads into the elevator. After reaching the 5th floor, he walks out and heads to room 510. He uses the room key to get inside. The only issue was that it was someone else's room.

"Hey! I didn't give anyone else any keys to this room." Said the man inside. He was a hefty businessman that appeared to be in his mid-40's.

The young man walked into sight. "David Stabler. Owner of one of the industries that was supposed to have volunteered to help rebuild this city, except you didn't do your part. You sent people out to hustle the civilians helping for your own profit. You blackmailed many of those innocent people into working for you by kidnapping their loved ones. A lot of people want you dead, Dave."

"And I suppose you're one of them?" David replied.

Tyson shook his head. "Nah. I'm just a hunter." He takes out his Hellbow and shoots David with a sleep arrow, putting the already panicked man to sleep within seconds. Then, he takes out his phone and makes a call. "Davey boy's asleep in his room, better come get him before the flames do." He hangs up the phone and takes a deep breath before spitting a fireball at the window, shattering it. As he walks out of the room, he sets the towels in the bathroom on fire and then pulls the fire alarm on the way out.

(People are most likely coming back due to low rent.
I mean, with how often villains attack and whatnot, it makes sense for low prices on housing.)
