Yes her technokinesis is affecting on any technology that runs on electricity of any kind, it can only work up to 30 feet by herself, if she's in her battlesuit, the range is up to 100 feet, is there anything else I can do for you?

(So he cant move buildings and planets and stuff) Although he can move practically and human.
Weaknesses: Opposite to his brother he isn't durable at all and can quite easily cut or bruise himself.

Backstory: Don and his adopted brother Jimmy grew up together. They grew to compete and eventually resent each other for being brother unique bonding that most siblings do. They grew a rivalry, Don being much more sickly received a bit more attention as he often was hurt which made Jimmy angry. One day as they were fighting at 10 years old, Jimmy managed to pin Don down Don had no way of defending himself and in desperation he unleashed his power sending a flower pot flying at Jimmy's head. It knocked jimmy off of Don and Don ran for the door. Jimmy was angry again and in desperation he unleashed his own power giving Don the wound he himself had received from the flower pot. The both fell unconscious and after that they were separated. Now they fight against each other using their power to defend or destroy the city the grew up in.
