name: Felix Knox (true name unknown)

Code name: known primarily as “Felix”. Often referred to as “The Eyes” and “The Voice” by his following.

Age: Unknown to the public. He appears to be in his late twenties.

Gender: Male

Appearance: Blind in both eyes, no facial hair. Mid-long length blond hair, often tied back or obscured by a hood. Very pale complexion.
He is 6’4, and of slim/athletic build, but he appears slightly malnourished. Gaunt cheekbones and a thin neck. His robes usually obscure the shape and build of his body. His face is scarred all over.
He has multiple tattoos of colourful flowers on his legs and arms- presumably done before he was blinded. These cannot be seein beneath the robes either.

Powers/abilities: strong sensory abilities- his blindness barely affects him as he can sense sonar waves and feel presence through the ground and the air. Possesses ability to control the mind- but this is limited. He cannot fabricate thoughts- but he is a master of deception. He can change minds which are not completely made, and cloud judgement. He cannot completely control your thoughts- but if you are indecisive, he will decide for you.
Keen sense of smell, taste, hearing- ability to sense movement at an uncanny speed. Everything is heightened- including his reflexes. He is a hard man to fight- as he can predict your intentions- and possibly even change them.
His only other ability is sensory deprivation. He can quell his own, and others’ around him’s ability to feel pain, or to use their other senses. This includes emotions too- He can take away sadness, or anger. But only for a short time. His followers like to call this “cleansing”.

Weapons(optional): keen martial arts abilities. His only other weapon is his mind.

Weaknesses: due to his heightened senses, extremely loud sounds can disable him- for as long as he can not deprive his senses. He used to also be sensitive to light- but this was before he was blind.
He is surprisingly emotionally fragile- talk of his past sends him in to somewhat of an emotional rampage. He often uses his powers to quell his own emotions. He considers emotions to make people weak.

Backstory(optional): Felix grew up in a poor family, they lived in a small town somewhere in Europe- but the country is unknown. Many believe he is Irish, but his accent is so difficult to pin down that there is no confirmed area. (They would however be correct, He actually is Irish.)
Felix’ mother forced him to go out to work with his older brothers when he was eight years old, telling him that everyone must provide for their family.
Whilst on a particular job with his brothers, he began to realise that his brothers did not seem to be getting permission to enter the homes that they did. That was when he realised his family were burglars.
The brothers only stole small, missable items that could probably be mistaken for being lost, so they were still poor, but they could afford to feed everyone at least once or twice a day if they were lucky.
Felix’ only female figure in his life was his mother- who beat him when he came home empty handed, and beat him harder when he cried. He was often told he was an accident, or that his being born was a mistake. She compared him to his big, strong brothers, and told him he was weak. This was when the sensory deprivation began to develop.
He began to stop feeling pain at his beatings, and he never cried. He turned emotions and feelings off at will, hoping that if he cried less his mother may love him more, but she only beat him harder. Told him he must be “getting used to it”.
When Felix was thirteen, he went on one of his usual jobs with his brothers, but this time they were caught. An owner of the house they had let them selves in to came storming down the stairs, brandishing a cane; his brothers were big and strong, and managed to run in time, but not Felix. Felix was caught and turned in to the police. He never saw his family again after that.
The rest of Felix’ past is somewhat unknown. His family were quiet people and no one seems to remember them. His mother is now deceased and his two brothers’ status are unknown. He never met his father.
Much of Felix’ life has been filled with betrayal and deception- so it is all he learned to do. His powers only aid him in what he naturally feels he must do.
Felix escaped from custody around a year after being caught- after this he changed his hair colour (naturally brown), got his tattoos and ran away to begin his new life. He now knew how powerful he was. He developed somewhat of a God complex, and began attracting supporters. A cult-like religion was formed around him.
When he was eighteen, he was blinded by a crazed follower who claimed he did not need his eyes. This follower threw acid in his face in the midsts of a “cleansing” ceremony, leaving his face disfigured and his eyes permanently blind. This is how he coined the nickname “The Eyes.”

Powers/abilities: His nano-body allow him to enter in 'Nano-modes', at the cost of nano-energy, which he passively produces at a fast rate, he can only use one nano-mode at time:

- Invisibility mode: it hides everything, thermal signals and even the shadow of Prophet, while moving it cost nano-energy, and can't generate nano-energy while invisible

- Strength mode: Makes him very strong, the stronger he gets, the more nano-energy he consume every second.

- Armor mode: Halts any damage, the more damage it takes, the more energy it cost, this mode as been known to hold even point-blank tank shells, at the cost of all the nano-energy.

-Speed mode: Makes him fast, the faster he becomes, the more nano-energy takes

He also has thermal vision and a in-built movement sensor, and his suit regenerates on it's own, not need for tools to be repaired, and can create replicas of his weapons, at the cost of nano-energy. He can also generate ammo for his guns, again, at the cost of nano-energy, and can hack electronic things with his integrated UI.

Weaknesses: EMP, His nano-energy can be fully emptied if he is exposed to an emp. Can be killed like any man. His suit can be hacked.

Backstory(optional): He is a experimental soldier, and a member of Russia's military, he was send to investigate a cult of fanatics serving to the 'One eyed beast', he dismantled the group, and now was send to hunt down the god of the cult.

Other info(optional): He is in a mission to find and destroy Bill Cipher at any cost. He has also seen the future, and saw the 'Weirdmaggedon', this is another thing that make's him want destroy Bill. He is fused to his nanosuit, and the nano-fibers now has replaced all of his organic tissue, in short, he is not wearing a suit, he IS the suit.
