He now had Alex's full attention.


"What burden are you referring to?"

masks looks at him "what..."

 

[Reaper]

"You said you can relate to my burden just now."

He looks confused "I did?"

 

[Reaper]

"You absolutely did." He said folding his arms jokingly.


"Anything you wish to share with the rest of us?"

He shrugs "I honestly dont know what you mean"

 

[Reaper]

He chuckled.


" That's fine."


He whispered to masks..


"But if you ever want to talk to someone about it... Well... I've been through it all."

Kage would have helped Zachary if Alex didnt do it first. She really didnt like that guy, and would have no trouble trying to hurt him further. Zero was in the sun, eyes closed and dried blood on his jaws and face towards the sun. All this was confusing and weird, but Kage wanted control so she made the first call if something went wrong. A lot of these guys really pushed it sometimes.

Zachary slowly kneeled down and shook the girl gently "Mioshi?" he hoped to wake the girl up quickly, he was at his limits and needed to rest, but he wanted to make sure his protegee was at least safe first

Kage watched, arms crossed. She had no worry about Mioshi, if she was dead then she wouldnt be able to make it through anything here. Shadow Kage was watching, curiosity in everything that had happened. Something was going wrong with her, she was starting to get a second voice in her head. She was a shadow separated from her owner, not to mention her owner's life force, and that is bad for a shadow who is trying to stay on her own. A mind without two people, the shadow and the person, will start to fill in the gaps with its own 'being' as in voice. If shadow Kage was separated from Kage for years and years the shadow will start to deteriorate without a life force their mind is tricking them into thinking they have. Two voices, two people right?

(A woman appeared who's affiliated with Zach's brother, she took control of Zachary and there was fighting, she then dissapeared and we're at the aftermath now @Bonnie the Bunny @subject 635

"It shouldnt be a thing" Kage scoffed, crossing her arms ill-temperately. "Its annoying in every aspect of life and happening" She muttered, tapping her foot. "Besides, they get knocked out easy"

Zachary sighed, he didn't really want to go in discussion with Kage, partly because he was tired, but also because that's just how Kage was. "All the more reason they need a suitable mentor, which I'll try to be."

Kage sighed. "Good thing Blitz didnt let me get a protege. Anyway, I suppose we should bring her and help her out too" She said, thinking. "Yea, that'll work" She nodded in which she took Zero's shadow and it picked Mioshi and slung her over its shoulder. "Shall we?" Kage asked.

"Right" he said as he got up slowly, then turned toward Kage and smiled "I heard you talking about good meat earlier?"

"Oh yea, so you want to go to someone who knows their way around the cleaning and gutting and cooking." Kage said, starting to walk. "And what better person to go to for amazingly cooked food is a great hunter!"

Zachary had an interested look on his face "Well, if this person can cook so well, what are we waiting for" The truth was that Zachary was more than famished, this whole event left him physically very exhausted, he was lucky he could still walk with help.

"Maybe I can open a shadow hole right to there, ready set go!" She swiped her hand and a shadow hole made itself known. "Alright, in we go!" Kage grabbed his arm and jumped in, Zero's shadow handing its cargo off to Zero who jumped in after them right before it shut and they appeared on the other side though fell upside down. Kage grunted, sitting up. "I gotta work on that" She hissed. "Here we are!" Surprisingly enough, it was Blitz's place.

Zachary laughed a little, the fall wasn't that bad, his eyes widened, before he turned toward Kage, one eyebrow raised "Are you saying the person you talked about is Blitz?"

"Yea, pretty much. It was weird, when I just started as his protege he taught me how to skin and animal, clean an animal, and stuff an animal. It was nasty, but the trick was every successful skin/clean/stuff I did he made whatever from the meat and dude, its awesome! He can cook about anything; fish, deer, elk, bison, rabbit, squirrel, duck, anything really. He makes awesome jerky too, I love the gator jerky" She said.
