He pulled out a cigarette and lit it.


"So... Hypothetically... If I was interested in mentoring someone, who would you lot recommend?"

Goru shrugs "I dont know..."

 

[Reaper]

"Well... Good then! Because I wasn't interested! I was just wondering."

Shadow Lydia sighed."Yeah whatever im over it.What are people gonna say when Lydia doesnt show up?"She smirked standing next to Shadow kage with her arms crossed.

[Hel]

Alice came in around this time, dragging her twin brother with her. He had overslept- of course- and she was not about to head into the chosing on her own. So of course she had to go drag him out of bed. She was not pleased. Now there seemed to be someone smoking in the room- which she was allergic to- so her day seemed to just be getting better and better.


(Oh, wait... are they inside or outside? I'll fix this if I'm wrong.)


Alex, meanwhile, had ignored his sister's lecture on the way down there and stumbled in yawning and bleary eyed. He really liked to sleep, and was not good at waking up no matter what time of day it was.


"What if all of the mentors have been taken and we are left on our own now?" Alice snapped at her brother, upset. Alex just shrugged, and looked around.

 

[Reaper]

He threw his cigarette on the floor and stamped it out.


"Sorry. I can see how your body is reacting to it."

 

[Hel]

Alice looked at the man, her eyes a bit red and watery from the reaction, a little surprised. "Oh, uh, thanks." She said. She wasn't used to people putting out cigarettes on their own- or noticing how it made her lungs cease up, eyes water, and her skin redden. It was nice, maybe this guy wasn't so bad.


"So who are you?" Alex asked the man. He didn't remember seeing him around much.

 

[Reaper]

"I'm Alexander Burns."


He offered his hand.


"And you two?"

 

[Hel]

"I like your name." Alex said with a bit of a smile. "I'm Alexander Swift, or Alex for short. She's Alison Swift, my twin." He shook the man's hand, and after he did, Alice shook it as well.


Meanwhile, Loke watched the gathering with a few of the other teachers in the back of the room. He wondered how classes this year would be.

 

[Reaper]

He chuckled to himself


"That's funny. We have the same name, and I have a twin sister as well."

 

[Hel]

"Oh, yeah?" Alex asked, "Is she as annoying as mine?" His question was promptly met by a strike on his shoulder by Alice, who did not look amused, though she did know her brother was joking. "You oversleeping and making us late does not warrant calling me annoying. I think you're the one who currently fits that title." She said.


(Where is your character posted?? I can't find him and I don't know who they are talking to and it makes me sad.

Mikey looked at Alex and... Erm... Alex, and smiled. Alison was rather cute. He super speeded over there and stuck out his hand to Alison. "Hey there!" He said, smiling. "The name's Michael, but people call me Mikey. If ya want, you can call me speedster."

 

[Hel]

Alice looked at him, and raised an eyebrow a bit. "Uh, hi. I'm Alice. It's nice to meet you, Mikey." She said, shaking his hand as well becoming distracted from her brother. "So, you're power is super speed, then? That's neat. I'm just normal fast." She smiled a little, though her attempt at socializing was a bit lame, to be honest.

 

[Reaper]

"Haha I think I might have it worse in the sibling department"

 

[Hel]

"Worse? Man, sorry to hear that one. Does she come to this school too?" Alex asked, ever curious. He noticed another appear at his sister's side, and turned to see who it was, he didn't recognize hardly any of the faces here, and wondered where all of the familiar ones had gone: Seven, Bael, Lydia, Bonnie...

 

[Reaper]

"Well see... She's kind of, for all intents and purposes, a super villain. Oh also, did I mention she lives in my brain and comes out for about twelve hours a week?"

Tulula heard the characteristic swoosh of Mikey running past her and rolled her eyes as she saw him chatting with a girl.


Mikey laughed. "Normal fast, I like that!" He smiled. "What's your power?" He asked.

 

[Hel]

When he answered, Alex nodded, surprised. "Oh... Well, that does sound rough. At least Alice and I can fight together... And I could totally stop her if she went evil on me or something."


"You could not and you know it." Alice said, hitting Alex's shoulder again, lightly. "I would reign supreme, take over the world, and I'd make you be my minion."


She then turned back to Mikey and smiled sweetly. "I teleport, and I can sort of control water- by that I mean I can pull enough from the air to throw in someone's face when they're rude."

"How long have all of you been here?"

 

[Hel]

"We've been here since... well, since the other first years got here- with Lydia, Kage, Bonnie and a couple of others." Alex said, trying to answer Alexander's question.

 

[Reaper]

"Ohh well that's cool. I gotta level with you guys though. I don't go here. I'm not even technically supposed to be here. It's just that if you wear a suit and walk around like you own the place, you could practically go anywhere."

 

[Sleipnir]

Seven came sprinting into the room, gasping notably. Shortly after, Bael phased through the door, looking less concerned. "Is there anyone left? Am I late?" Seven asked, looking panicked. She was never on time and this particular picture was not uncommon for her.


Bael, on the other hand, seemed uninterested at best and notably standoffish. He didn't particularly want a mentor and had been late on purpose. In fact, he was only in this place at all because he didn't have a choice in the matter.

Masks walks by anf looks at all of them "hm.... I wonder" he then looks at burns "that name seems familiar... alexandria..."


 
Masks "no.. only one has a mentor before the choosing..."

 

[Hel]

"Wait, so why are you here, then?" Alex asked, looking at Burns, then he noticed his roommate and Seven. "Hey! What's up you two?!" He called over to them.


Loke noticed that there were not really enough mentors to go around, and asked the headmistress if she would mind him taking on a protégée.
