He raised an eyebrow, admiring Kage's bravery, he then smiled, however there was something, offsetting about his smile. "I'll take on your challenge missy, I'm wondering why you think you're so special" He held out his hand and pulled his fingers toward him "If you're up for this, come at me" Zachary stood up "Kage, don't, please, I don't want you to get hurt"

 

[VanRIPPED]

"Dont worry, I got this" Kage flipped up her jacket collar and pulled up four shadows, one for each of them. "And your forgetting not only am I boss with shadows I can go hand to hand. Blitz fights like a ninja, so guess who knows too. Yours truly!" She said. "Now, how would you like your ass handed to you? On a platter or through your skull?" She asked Arcer.

 

[DramonFire]

"One, two, three, four, I see four shadow humanoids, heck, maybe you could make this interesting, tell you what, if you land one hit on me, I'll apologize" he snapped his fingers and a stone copy of him raised from the Earth "Come and get it"


Zachary sighed, he knew this would be over in a heartbeat, however he stood up "Kage, this might've been the most useless thing we've done untill now, but I couldn't care less" the four shadows each got different auras, Fire, Water, Stone and Ice


"Been a long time since we fought brother, let's dance then" The stone copy took a battle stance.

 

[VanRIPPED]

Kage pulled the stone humanoid's shadow from the ground, the shadow jumping and smashed its head into the ground. The other three dove into the earth, to Kage's surprise. "Whoa?!" She asked, seeing the shadows slither toward Arcer. "Must be a new thing that hidden deal unlocked. Neat!" The shadow's grabbed Arcer's ankles, all using the upgraded aura's borrowed from Zachary to try and harm him.

Arcer smiled as the stone humanoid grabbed it's shadow and ripped it apart, then headed for Kage, but just as it was about to grab her Zachary punched it, sending it back about 2 metres. He then noticed the shadows grabbing his ankle and closed his fist, crushing them with the surrounding earth, not even scathed by the auras.

Kage widened her eyes, no way that just happened. Now she was defenseless until she could recuperate the shadows. How'd he do that?!

"I told you he was st-" Zachary got cut off as the stone humanoid grabbed him by the throat, and lifted him up in the air, Arcer then approached Kage "Tell me, what was that about handing my ass to me?" Zachary tried punching the stone clone, to no avail "Brother, no, please!" he said his voice muffled.

Kage tried re-summoning her shadows but they were still being mended. She backed up a step or two though narrowed her eyes. "My threats still stand..." She didnt sound so sure about it though. "Besides, I'm the one who taunted ya, why you pickin' on your bro? Get your stone buddy outta here, your dog too!" She tried snapping but it came a squeak.

"Says the one who only uses Shadows to fight, and how I handle my brother doesn't concern you" the stone clone crumbled as Zachary dropped to the ground gasping for air. "If you'd prefer to fight me headon, go ahead"

 

[VanRIPPED]

"Look I wasnt born with your powers, doesnt mean I cant fight with mine as well as you do yours!" She growled, offended a little by his downgrading of her powers. She huffed, bringing her fists up. "Your an irritating little bug, cockroach" She growled.

 

[DramonFire]

He laughed "I love how you think you're above me, sorry to pop your bubble little girl, but I don't think you're one to speak down on me" Arcer went closer to her "I'm still waiting on a reaction" Zachary jumped up and launched a punch, quickly stopped by his older brother's hand "Still the same old guy, ain't you?" he threw his brother to the side "Don't you see that you're a dissapointment!?" he frowned "Maybe I should just finish off both of you"

Kage growled, sounding almost bestial. She didnt want to let her shadow take her thoughts but it was too late. Her eyes glowed white and she almost got pure black besides the outline of her clothes. Her shadow was worse than she was, and now it was going to take a bite out this guy. She jumped forward, jumping on Arcer's back as he turned and hit Zachary away and shoved his head to the side. Before she knew it she bit into his neck, sinking her seemingly extended incisors in deep and finding satisfaction at the taste of metallic blood. It wasnt a vampire thing, no, it was just a more primitive way of attacking. Going for the throat is the most obvious way to take someone out no? Thats what her shadow was, just a more primitive version of her. Much more violent and doesnt play around. Ever wonder why shadows have no details and are dark? They are simply horrible, sick in the head.

Arcer grabbed Kage and flinged her away, anger could be seen in his eyes as be saw blood, however that anger quickly grew into exitement "You aren't planning on holding back, are you? Very well" Arcer slammed his hand into the ground, creating a stone golem that was 3 metres tall with glowing red eyes , he the, charged a Kage as he grabbed her and threw her to the golem, which then stomped her into the ground.

Kage hissed in pain, feeling the golem's foot stomp her. She created one of those shadow holes under her, dropping from one a few feet away. She dropped to one knee and coughed black liquid, but her smile was huge. "Oh, that hurt. I thought we were fighting head on coward. Your stone toy is not you" Her voice was two different ones merged, one Kage's and one that was deeper but still in the female range.

Arcer smiled, nodded and snapped his fingers, the stone golem crumbled into boulders. "Very well then, it'll be your funeral" he became surrounded by flames, seemingly burning him alive, however he wasn't hurt one bit by it. "You're not even in control of your powers, how do you even expect to match up against me?" He taunted, waiting for her to strike

 

[VanRIPPED]

"Control is for the weak, if I wanted to control the urge to rip your head off and shove it down your neck then I wouldnt be like this. Your a coward, hiding behind flames and stone giants. The worst you have done hand to hand is throw me to one of your stone toys. If you think you can stand there taunting me while hiding behind flames then your as pathetic as any other human!" She snapped, standing. "I'll rip your beating hard out of your chest!"

 

[DramonFire]

"You're scared, and you're trying to hide it by insulting me, up untill now all you've done is made me bleed a little, and you've tried to talk your way out of things by saying things like you weren't born with the same powers that I was, yet all I've seen up untill now is you hiding behind your shadows, even now you're consumed by it, yet you still think you can taunt me? You're pathetic!" He charged at Kage, holding her by her throat "Even now I can feel you trembling, you know that I can incinerate you any second if I so desire"

Kage growled, clawing at his wrist. He was right, there was too much talking going on and not enough fighting! She jerked her knee upward, slamming it into his elbow in hopes to snap his arm. Of course a hit to a bone like you elbow to the knee would make anyone's grip falter and as soon as his did she kicked up, slamming her boot into his lower jaw.

He let go of Kage as he grabbed her boot just before she had hit her, he threw her into a nearby tree, then he punched her right in her stomach, the tree behind her was cracked everywhere by the force of their fight. he then grabbed her head and slammed her into the tree again. His left arm hurted like hell and the bone was probably fractured, he supported his arm with stone so it wouldn't weigh him down, not even being phased one bit by the pain.

Meanwhile, Alex was finishing up his meal in the kitchen with Bael and Seven as Alice walked in. (presumably with Lydia?) "Hey! Good to see you again, sis. You'll never guess what Seven and I found out in the woods!" He said, standing to hug his sister. He wasn't used to not being with her constantly.


"A giant fire-breathing dragon beast?" She guessed, "And trees?" Alex looked at her, curious how she knew, then Alice explained for him: "I saw it earlier too, some bird girl was attacking it, so I stayed back to 'help'." Her quotation marks were obvious in her voice, but just incase her tone wasn't enough, she made air quotes with her fingers.


Alex nodded, and said, "Yeah, everyone was out fighting it, that must have been after you two left. I figured you'd find your way down here, so I made some chicken for you, too!" He told her. Alice nodded, thankfully, and sat down to eat with her brother. "By the way, Bael over there is my roommate." Alex added, nodding towards Bael.

Kage hissed, the shadow offering more armor than expected, as she was pressed against the tree and being hit with a merciless opponent. She pulled his arm toward her as he hit her, sinking her teeth into his wrist and tried going for the veins. She dug her claw-esque nails into his skin, ripping her way and taking flash off. She created a shadow hole behind her on the tree, pulling herself and Arcer through and another spat them out, letting her have the advantage and slammed her boot heel into his nose hopefully. Yea, she probably had internal bleeding and many broken ribs but the shadow didnt take notice to it, she moved with her bones cracking and muscles strained. But when Kage regained control she might die... All these hits that were major to the human body would definitely hurt her more than she had felt in her lifetime.

Bael looked up at the mention of his name and nodded at Alice, giving a slight wave in greeting. Seven smiled. "You must be twins, then," she pointed out. "Nice to meet you, Alice."

"You too." Alice said with a pleasant smile at Seven as she waved to Bael. "And yes, we are. Oh, and Alex, Lydia is my roommate. She's the girl we saw with the big bunny in the cafe earlier this morning."


Alex nodded, and asked, "So what does everyone want to do now?"


"I am still eating, you know." Alison replied, jabbing her brother playfully with her fork.


"So what does everyone want to do now?" Alex asked again.

Feeling the teeth in his hands and her scratching didn't hurt him all too much, when he landed and he got her boot on his face he grabbed her shin and threw her against the tree, his nose bloody, but he had the same emotionless expression as he always had, Zachary jumped in front of her "Brother stop this! I won't let you kill her!" his expression changed drastically, he looked enrage "How dare you even stand between me and my opponent, you are like a roach, and I would love to trample you, just so you wouldn't drag the Colans name to shame anymore!" his bloody hand was set ablaze as he raised his hand toward them, the fire turning black "Now get incinerated!" suddenly another, shady figure appeared before him in in a purple flash, it was a woman, who had glowing tatoos all over her, her long, lavender hair blowing slightly in the wind "It's time Arcer, stop this futile fighting" Arcer sighed, his hand went out as he looked at his brother again "Next time brother, you will not be so lucky" the two then vanished in the same purple flash, along with the wounded Beast.
