That... is from Tokyo Mirage Sessions - basically a crossover between the Fire Emblem and the Shin Megami Tensei series.

Haven't played it myself either, but uh... it's SOMETHING.

I highly recommend trying to read everything in a post to ensure you get the entire scene; and ask questions if you’re unsure what’s going on.

Saw this manual art of Samus playing the NES, and I was reminded of the art of NES Pit doing the same.

Now I'm thinking about how awesome and scary it'd be if Samus also had the ability to break the 4th wall. It'd be funny considering Metroid and Kid Icarus are sibling games!

EDIT: I just remembered that there are multiple instances of Samus acknowledging the player at the end of the game, usually by looking at the player and smiling. Maybe she DOES possess the ability but doesn't show it as often! XD
