Hmm….just to throw some very very general summer activities there could be like going to the beach, going to a fair/carnival/theme park, watching a firework show, being at the pool, having a road trip, etc etc.

I think Toon Link would be taking plenty of siestas in the shade beneath a tree.
I can see the Little Brothers enjoying sea salt ice cream courtesy of Sora and Roxas! I can also see them all sitting around a large campfire making s'mores.

Someone could also point out to Byleth that those laws don't have to apply to him so long as he's in the Smash Realm!
In Uprising, Pit is discouraged from getting directly involved with mortals, with Magnus being an exception due to the circumstances at the time. In the Smash Realm, however, that goes out the window!

Some of them can help him cut loose and actually find some enjoyment out of it all. It becomes a mission to get Byleth to show a genuine smile. The other Smash Bros helping him get over his stunted emotions would be so soft

That's why I think Toon Link and Byleth interacting would be so cute! T'ink is so animated and expressive! I'm picturing the two fishing together, and Byleth maybe being fascinated with how T'ink can say so much without speaking a word.
On the topic of a mission to get Byleth to genuinely smile, I've been entertaining the thought of Roxas and Zelda trying to get Dark Pit to laugh. The obvious way would be to tickle him, but I get the impression that Pittoo would instinctively respond with a punch to the assailant, so that may be too risky. It'd end in hurt feelings and hurt faces!

Byleth and T’ink would deffo be interesting for sure. Now I’m picturing them fishing together with matching bucket hats LMAO
As for tickling Byleth I feel he’s probably pretty wary with being touched in general so he likely gets defensive at first but as he gets comfortable of things like shoulder touches and the like, he lets his guard down but even if he was tickled I could see him just being confused and giving the blankest stare
