im actually taking a different approach in this case. Given that the experiments they did on her by harvesting both Mako energy and her own cells, and with her being defeated multiple times by Cloud and Co. resulting in her losing whatever mass she had left to transform in the first place, Jenova is very much at her weakest point. Meaning, that once she gets a new body, she's going to have to play catch up to regain all that was taken from her.

Aww noooo! XD Some time ago, while this RP was still a concept, I had an idea of a curious Waddle Dee or Waddle Doo taking Pit's crown while he's asleep. Blood, sweat, and tears went into earning that laurel crown; I'd imagine Pit would be very upset if he were to lose it!

This is where they put Joker's thief skills to work. He'll go steal the laurel back, although he probably isn't thrilled of the idea of indirectly helping a god(dess). He's nice enough not to say no though.

Maybe the other fighters tell him to do it for Pit's sake. I see no reason for the two to have bad blood between them unless Joker insulted Palutena while Pit was within hearing range.

I don't think I'd consider it bad blood, but rather Joker being wary because he saw a god take advantage of people and claimed it was doing as the people wished, so it's more so that he understands Pit's devotion to Palutena and just doesn't feel comfortable towards it given his own experiences with following a god. No ill intent behind it or anything. He'd probably help him because he sees it's something important to him, but to get him to see that Joker probably just needs a little push Ann can always sweet talk him into it lmao

Then it turns out that the crown isn't there anymore because Toon Link bought it with a blue rupee. Apparently the pawn broker was just as dumb as the Goomba and didn't see the true value of an angel's golden laurel crown!

An entire fetch- or trade-quest involving a lost laurel crown could be fun in RP though! Joker completes the quest and gets money, EXP, and Reputation with Palutena's Army! Yay.

Now I just saw Dark Pit meeting up with Roxas and Zelda and saying, "Hey. Sorry I'm late. I couldn't find my laurel crown. Turned out it was on my head. 'S'up?" XD

Sudden change of subject, but I just remembered that the Professor Layton movie, Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva, is on YouTube. If y'all are unfamiliar with the Prof. Layton series and would like to know about it without having to play the games, the movie is there. It's pretty good for a video game-movie adaptation, and you don't need to know anything about the games to enjoy it. I think if you like Ghibli films, you may enjoy this one.
