Hello! Lazaro1505 Lazaro1505 One of Hearts One of Hearts Extra123 Extra123 & Lost Martian Lost Martian

The CS is officially up! If you have any questions. I'm here to hear them.

As for the level up system. I'm thinking all characters level up at the end of boss fights and certain chapters. Jumping to bigger stats and more abilities. In the future.

Alright I got up my character sheet. Hopefully I did the stats, items, and abilities parts correctly. Please let me know if anything needs changing.
Looks great! Pinto fits right in!

As for Speed stat, I'm thinking that its used for battle order. Higher speed stat enemies mean them attacking first in the turn order. I think I'll raise luigi's speed stat a bit higher.

Apologies for the wait, will get something in sometime today or tomorrow!

Hmm, actually, I do have an idea. But I do want to ask considering the ability limit of 2 at the start. Mainly the idea is that the Knight (at the start) only has 2 FP, but the two ‘abilities’ he has is equipping either his shield or sword (usually providing a increase in atk/def for the respective tool but a decrease in the other) and with it, two sub abilities, one with a special ability (which would be a sword spin that while it hits multiple foes, stuns the knight for a turn or two) or throwing their currently equipped tool to equip the other one (but unable to use the other tool for the rest of the battle even when somehow regaining FP). Just curious if this would be allowed or not or could be something done later on

Correct me if I am wrong. Will your character be a 'stance' type character? Like having an attack mode or a defense mode?

That was actually the intention I had for my character. Being able to switch up their main tool (and gaining different abilities for it related to such) but usually starting off battle with nothing equipped and only using their fists.

Mmmm I see. I think we can simplify it for now. I just kinda find it unusual for an armored and armed character to be unequipped in common battle encounters (Unless ambushed or purposely doesn't have them on hand/wing to begin with) If your weapon switching requires FP to switch. I imagine it looking like the example below

Abilities:

Skill 1 (Switch stance 🔄) - Costs 1FP to select ATK or DEF buff stance with either sword or shield.

Skill 2 (Sword technique) - Cost ?FP and requires ATK stance ON. Use a sword spin to hit multiple foes. Putting Knight in a Dizzy state with a chance to miss their next attack.

On another note. Most items like healing and utility items are just borrowed from the rpgs like paper mario, mario rpg and superstar saga. Like in luigi's CS having a shroom shake from super paper mario from the wii.
