Worm tried to avoid giving off any signs of amusement. “Uh.. yeah, sure, I can help you find it.” This guy is going to be a destroyer for sure. They thought, slightly amused. Briefly, they wondered if he had any sort of inhuman blood in him. Worm had heard giants existed in some areas, and that there was potential for them to mate with humans.
“So, you have any idea exactly why you ended up here?” Worm asked Bishop casually, as they led him to the dorm.

Angela hissed when she felt Ilya’s foot impact with her hand, pain shooting through it. Luckily she had the collectedness of mind and a careful hold on what was in her pocket, or that could have gone horribly... she smiled at Ilya as she twisted the girl’s ankle with her free hand, trying to pull her down. Her other hand moved out of her pocket quickly, gripping something...

Bishop gave a small, unconvincing smile before it faded back to the slight frown that always remained on his face. He began to follow Worm, crossing his arms behind his head and following them, still studying them a little bit. His interest in them wasn't so much that he wanted to know anything about them, but moreso that they were the first person he'd met so far, and he didn't quite understand the structure of this school; neither social nor building-wise. They had asked a question, but it took him about a full minute to process it through his thoughts. He blinked, averting his gaze, as he'd been staring.
"My parents wanted me to be here. So here I am." He growled, a bit bitter about it, actually.

Worm thought carefully for a moment, carefully observing Bishop’s reactions. If there was anything beneficial to being expendable, it honed your survival skills. Among those was reading people, and Worm excelled at that aspect. As they passed through the admittedly confusing hedge area, Worm realized this could be of benefit.
“Alright, that’s fair enough.” Worm said, calmly. “Clearly you got to be something special to be here. I’m not much gifted myself, but if you need help understanding how this place works, I think can be helpful in that regard.”

Angela had taken the bait, Now that her hands were free she made a grab for her sword, disregarding the girl's objections to the fight, and attempts to swing it up, and hit Angela's wrist with the flat part of the sword, Hoping not necessarily to chop her hand off, Only to hit the thing out of her hand which she now assumed to be the acid from earlier...

Bishop kept his gaze averted, out toward the sky now instead. He listened to them talk again before slowly looking back down at them, tilting his head like a confused puppy. "Aha. I wouldn't say, ah... Special. But sure..." He seemed to perk up at the offer. "Yeah, could you explain a little? That would be pretty helpful of you." He straightened up a little more, looking around at the hedges. Jeesh, they really thought he'd be able to find his way alone? Then he remembered that he never asked for help... And out went that mental complaint.

Mentioned: GamerKitty205 GamerKitty205 Random42 Random42 Angela had noticed the girl’s reaction, and realized it could be useful. After all, she was the heroine, and this crazy woman had a sword.
“Help me!” She said desperately, looking with wide blue eyes at the quiet girl. “She’s trying to kill me!” She gasped, as she drove her own hand against Ilya’s blade, cutting her hand. Blood of martyrs...
With a tiny, deft motion, she moved her other hand that clutched what she had from her pocket. The needle pressed against Ilya’s skin, with a blade so thin it was barely noticeable... a pin-prick.
(That wasn’t acid! It was holy water)

Worm responded in a helpful voice, quickly taking on the role of a friendly, genuine person.
“Yeah, of course. It was confusing as hell when I first got here, I would have appreciated someone’s help so badly. So, you know already this school isn’t what you’d upstanding. It’s for evil people.” They explained carefully.
“Not to say everyone admits their evil, but that’s what we’re training for. I just see it as a set of skills, to get what I want. Or, for you to get what you want.”
They looked carefully at Bishop for this part. “Standing is very important here. It’s a dangerous place. You can’t let anyone push you around.”
Worm sighed, slightly. “There’s expendable, unranked, henchmen, and villain. Everyone new is unranked, like you. Villain and henchmen are easy to understand. Expendable.. that’s the lowest of the low.”
They gestured to themselves in general. “That’s why I’m a Worm.”

Bishop kept his head slightly tilted, but straightened up when they mentioned that this was a place for villains. That, he already knew, so he gave a small nod to show that he was listening, but his head slowly tilted again at the pause. Waiting was a bit suspenseful right now for some reason, but again, he listened carefully. It was something he had been taught, to not interrupt someone when they were speaking, so he stayed quiet until the explanation was over, and he pondered on it. Expendable, Untangled, Henchmen, Villain.... He knew he would be Unranked for now, but what did those all mean..?
"Alright. Explain Expendable and Untangled to me, please." He paused, wondering if it would be... Innapropriate to use words like please here. Oh well. He didn't care.

Worm kept the same patient tone of voice, it looked like Bishop was taking well to this. At the least, he didn’t seem as angry as usual.
“So, expendable is what you get made when you screw up too many times. Teachers will use you a lab experiments, or for demonstrations, you’ll be a target for any student who feels like hurting you, and there’s pretty much no protection.”
They shrugged at that last point, forcing the grin in spite of themselves.
“Henchmen help villains, they’re not in charge but they get a cut of the pie and they have some power.”

Ilya's eyes dulled back to brown and instantly widened with panic "I-I'm sorry, I-I didn't mean to draw blood, I only wanted to disarm you..." Ilya was in panic mode, "I-I'll help you get treated...I-I'll bandage it for you...I-I" Then she noticed her eyes, "Won't help you, after all, Dirty, Unpure Manipulator..." She looked up at the girl, wondering if she had fallen for the trick like Ilya briefly did.

Angela smiled briefly at Ilya before her eyes welled up again with tears, making a dramatic show of her bloodied hand. “I’ve tried so hard to be friendly...” she said. “But clearly you won’t accept that.”
She had already got the needle into the girl. She waited carefully now, knowing she’d lost the battle, but the war was hers.

He listened with slowly widening eyes, looking down at Worm again with another quick look-over, a little less subtle this time.
"Er.. and Untangled..?"
He asked, a little quieter, frowning a bit more deeply now. Even if they were villains, why beat up on someone for no reason? And experiments... Wasn't that a bit... Unprofessional? He shifted his footing with furrowed eyebrows, pursing his lips a little in thought. No. Not unprofessional. Not here...
It wasn't exactly that Bishop didn't fit in here, as he was sure that he would fit fairly easily with his tone, stature, and attitude, but he didn't quite understand this whole villainy thing. It felt... Needlessly immature, and that was what bothered him.

So, Worm might have screwed up. Still, there was salvaging this situation.
“Untangled...” they pondered briefly what to say. “Untangled means a student not aligned with any particular cause, group, cliche, or faction. Think unaligned.”
Hopefully, they’d buy that.
(Untangled was a typo on my part, sorry, I meant to say unranked.)

(That's okay. ;P)

"Oh. Well, alright." He gave another faded smile before crossing his arms, pursing his lips again. "So, uh. Does beating others up... Make you cool somehow? I guess it's a school where bullies are the reigning figureheads, eh?" He looked at the ground in thought. "Feels immature." At this point, he was just thinking aloud because he didn't think Worm would mind it too much.

Worm nodded appreciatevely. “In my opinion, it totally is.” They said in an agreeable voice. They fiddled with their hands against their hoodie strings. “Typically, the more powerful a person you can beat up, the more respect you get. There’s other things too though.”
They held out a hand, raising their fingers one by one. “Science, money, charisma, influence... and of course, powers.”
They put their hand down. “There’s actually a lot of ways to get ahead. Still, it’s survival of the fittest more or less.”

Bishop smirked a little, cracking his knuckles and crossing his arms behind his head again in the same lax position as earlier, glancing down at Worm as they continued to explain more things. "I'm pretty good at surviving." He tilted his head to pop his neck, side to side. "I think I'll be fine." He looked confident before glancing around again, emotions fading. "So, ah, how do I figure out where I'm staying again? Did you know?"

Fenris: I shrugged after turning back around to face him.
"Probably just another murder. They're a bit.... Common around here."
Sam: I backed against the wall and started inching across it in hopes of somehow getting past the brawling girls. As I watched the fight, I realized that I wasn't the only one not reacting. The nurse was busy going through some files, as though the fight was no more dangerous than a ball of fuzz.
Slowly, the look of shock on my face turned into a scowl, but otherwise I continued my plan to just slip past them.

Francis: I had already went into my room and unpacked sullenly.

Louis scowled. “Seriously, you aren’t curious at all?” He got out of bed, still holding the lighter. “At the very least, don’t you want to know what’s going on? What if one of your flea-buddies is getting shot?”

Zorukia Zorukia Worm nodded appreciatively at Bishop’s flexing. Clearly, the guy could actually handle himself. “Well, the dorms right here,” they said carefully, opening the old, faded, heavy wooden black door.
“The room assignments are there,” they said, pointing to the tack-board.

Remus117 Remus117
With a nod at them, he followed again, looking at the tack-board and looking for his name. He pointed at it, reading his room assignment.
"Looks like I'm rooming with... Some guy named Francis and... Oh." He stood up straight again, looking down at Worm. "And you."

Zorukia Zorukia
Worm was surprised, but quickly returned to their Cheshire grin. “Well, I guess that’s lucky.” They laughed. “I don’t have much stuff, so I’m ready to head up there if you are.” They said casually.

Remus117 Remus117
Bishop gave a small nod, "Yeah, I'm ready to go. I left my stuff hidden somewhere, so I'll go grab that later." He looked like he was ready to keep going, a little anxious to see if he could meet the other roommate.

Ilya stared at Angela, Her face full of mistrust, panic, and hate. She attempted to shuffle back and escape this situation, not noticing sam or the nurse as she was only fixated on Angela's crocodile tears and her showing off of the cut hand, she didn't notice the needle within her leg, laced with something that would probably end up causing her grief.

“Alright, cool.” Worm said, smiling. “I’d warn you though, a villain school is filled with sticky fingers..”
They led the way up to the stairs, looking for their room. Worm ignored the sound of a crash and fight, as those were honestly too normal for this place...

Remus117 Remus117
Bishop shrugged, ignoring the sounds as well. It wasn't his business, so there was no point in getting involved. He followed Worm up the steps, yawning quietly. "So, what do you know about our other roommate?"
