Powers: A Xenothium-powered suit,
Utility belt filled with with many various gadgets:
An invisibility switch on the belt's front button and weapons with 'X' shapes
Xarangs or X-shaped shuriken.
Red X-shaped expanding lasers
Piles of sticky goo that he can shoot from his glove
Backstory: After Robin invented the Red X suit for his own purposes, somebody else eventually got ahold of it. Having tormented the titans for a time, this individual remained unknown, as his true identity was never revealed. It seemed that, for a while, Red X was gone, but he yet again made a reappearance a few years later. This time, he joined the Suicide Squad, and has been working for them since.

A formerly crippled young Historian he went to research the castle of Morgan Ley Fey and he found her in a secret chamber. He wanted to tell the world his discovery but she seduced Jonas and made his body stronger than ever before. Backstory: Daniel grew up in a small household in Gotham, for both his mother and father in crime, he had a nice life. His father was security for some boss in north Gotham, and his mother worked for the same man in south Gotham. Around his 14th birthday, Daniel moved in with the boss as his parents were both arrested, he knew that they were never getting out. Under this man, he learned how to use a wide array of guns, and found out his super speed ability, which gave him great success in the field, being to go in, kill someone, and speed out of there. The thing is, one contract went wrong, and well.. He's wherever he is now.

Backstory:
Dr. Harleen Quinzel was a psychiatric intern at Arkham Asylum. A model student, in addition to receiving high grades in college, she was also a dedicated gymnast, winning a scholarship to Gotham City University. While researching the lunatics at Arkham, she became fascinated with one particular inmate. Ambitiously volunteering to analyze him, she pleaded with the doctors at Arkham for three months before she could treat him. After he gained her sympathy during their sessions, he seduced her, causing her to fall madly in love with him. After helping him escape from the asylum more than once, Harleen was suspected by the authorities, who revoked her license and placed her in her own cell. During an earthquake in Gotham City, she fled and became Harley Quinn, the sidekick of the Clown Prince of Crime himself.
Years later a girl name Laney joined up under The Joker, Harley grew close to her, almost like sisters. Until Laney tried to convince her to run away with her. Of course Harley refused, she would never leave the Joker's side. That is until she got caught by Batman and sent to Belle Reeve.

Name: Jackson "Jace" Matthew Lawrence

Backstory: Jace grew up on the streets. His parents abandoned him when he was just a toddler. They were rich, snobby people, who felt having a child tarnished their image (parents of the year here -insert eye roll- ) and decided the only way to keep up that said image was to get rid of their only child. Jace then had to scavenge for food and shelter, doing anything to get either one. When he turned 10 he discovered he had powers and started using those said powers to get what he wanted. On the streets, he was known as the kid whom everyone respected. By everyone else he became known as "Frozen Tundra", for he trapped his victims in a glacier of ice with his powers, watching them freeze to death. For years, he froze many victims until he was 18 and came across a girl named "Laney" and known by the locals as "Killer Dragon" who ignited an emotion in his heart he had never felt before, love. Laney and him joined together and started to grow their own empire together, being known as the "Yin and Yang Prince and Princess" of Gotham. They were happy as can be until the night they got into a really bad argument and Laney left. She never came back after that, joining the Joker shortly after. For years and years, Jace went on a rampage, killing anyone and anything that came in his path. He didn't get caught by Batman until a few months after Laney was and was put in a cell far below Belle Reve; the guards felt he was too dangerous to be by any of the other criminals. Unbeknownst to him, his cell was right next to his lost love, but he never knew she was the criminal all the guards kept saying was burning everyone to death. (more in the RP.)

Kate is much more abrasive than her sister Jessica. Out of the pair she is the one that acts as the defacto leader for the pair. Making their decisions for them.
She is not afraid to get aggressive in an argument and has a shorter temper compared to her sister. She has a brutal streak as well in that she will not hesitate to focus on
a persons vulnerabilities and break them down.
Jessica:
Jessica is more demure than her sister Kate. She is more gentle appearing, however despite this more gentle appearance she is no less deadly than her sister. In fact because of her
deceiving looks, Jessica is the more dangerous of the twins. She is happy enough to follow her sisters lead but is by no means a push over. While Kate goes for the full on brutal attack, Jessica has
a colder more calculated approach in dealing with people.

Kate and Jessica were born in Perth, Australia. They grew up as typical children to a single mother. They were treated very coldly and were told under no circumstances that they were kept for the
child support paid by the system. They found out that they were given up for adoption. Because of this knowledge and their horrible treatment by their foster parent, the girls began to resent their birth parents. When their powers began to emerge, they kept it a secret at first. They worked on mastering their powers when their foster mother found out. What happened next was a shouting match that ended with the twins killing her.
They went on a stealing spree before being caught in the states and thrown into prison. Due to the nature of their powers they were muzzled with restraints to limit their powers.

Kate and Jessica are both able to create sonic waves with their voices, altering and changing the pitches to range from changing their voices to smashing glass. To their extreme they were able to scream to powerfully they shredded someones skin clean off.
