So basically in the story these humans have animal companions that are pretty much linked to them. If the animal feels pain, they feel pain and so on. And well if the animal dies, oddly the human lives but are pretty much lifeless. Now if the human dies so does the animal. Now what I was thinking was we can have characters with animal companions and that the story is that humans who lost their companions become insane and that some have found a way to create mutants that resembled their companions. But that these mutants went insane and put the world into chaos. We can have our characters struggling to survive and find this kill code for these mutants because they have microchips that are connected to a computer that can control them.

Calvin wakes up with his animal companion who is a wolf he and his friend his been fighting to survival this world of mutants together he gets up and start to make breakfast for them so they will be ready to travel to the next town and survive

 

[Life.]

Alice stretched her arms up in the air and called out, "Pip? Pip? Where are you?" She heaved herself into a sitting position and rubbed her eyes. A pitiful meow answered her, "I'm here." Alice looked towards the source of the sound and found that she rolled onto Pip. Alice scooted over quickly and said, "Oh sorry Pip!" He crawled off the bed and muttered, "That's fine."

(ok!) calvin finished cooking with his wolf, Spike, Spike says "Smell good Calvin maybe you can win Alice heart with just your food" calvin blushes "S-shut up Spike don't say anything to her when she comes" Spike say "I promise your secret safe with me" he stares at Spike and said "I hope you do keep it to yourself.. Hey Alive, Pip breakfast is ready"

 

[Life.]

Pip stretched his pointy ears as wide as he could. "Hey Alice, breakfast is ready," Pip mewed as he sauntered over to the closed door. "Hold up Pip...I'm getting ready," Alice muffled the words as she brushed her teeth. Pip sighed as he licked his paw and rubbed it over his head. Once Alice was done she walked over to Pip and picked him up, "Ooh aren't you the cutest cat?!" Pip muttered under his breath, "I prefer fierce not cute..." He jumped out of her arms once Alice opened the door and walked towards the kitchen.

spike say to them "About to time he both came here the food is getting cold if you guys keep being slow like this you going to get us killed traveling today" Calvin hit spike on the head "Hey don't say that it take a girl longer to get ready then guys" spike smirk "It's seem like prince charming coming to her rescue again" calvin blush "shut up spike!" him and spike start fighting each other like they usually do

 

[Life.]

Pip just rolled his eyes and strolled past the arguing companions. Alice just giggled and grabbed her share of breakfast. She situated herself next to Calvin as she began to eat. Pip took the seat next to her and took a piece of her bacon. Once they were done Alice said, "Don't worry Spike. I won't be slow on the travel. You don't need to worry about me!"

Spike stop fighting calvin and speaks "Well you better not be slow we can't lose anyone to those mutants there barley any of us left" calvin begins eating with scratches on his face "That true we need to stay alive no matter what we are one of the only survivors so Alive how to you like my cooking?"

 

[Life.]

Alice pondered on the thought for a moment, "Well...your cooking is okay..." Pip answered for her, "The bacon could've been cooked a bit longer. The eggs were undercooked. And the sausages could've used a bit of pepper." Alice nodded and gave an apologetic smile to Calvin, "Sorry but yea what Pip said."

calvin looks down and sit in the corner and start saying "but spike say its good and i thought i got better this time" Spike facepalm his face "great now he in that depress mode great now we need to cheer him up some how think of something Alice"

 

[Life.]

Alice walked over to Calvin and hugged him, "Well I think your fighting skills are superior and is what really makes the difference here. Not your cooking skills." She clung to him just a tad bit longer than got up and walked back to her room to pack up for the travel. Pip followed behind her.

he blushes and get out of his depress mood and his eyes sparkle "Alright Spike lets get ready for the travel Alice depend on our fighting skill for the travel lets not let her down" he rushed to get packed Spike sighs "You are completely useless when it comes to here, but that what make you you let get ready"

 

[Life.]

Alice grabbed her backpack and stuffed the essentials in it; snacks, first aid kit, flashlight, etc. Then she walked over to an old dusty chest towards the corner of her room. Alice opened it and pulled out a large cherry wood rod that was about 6 feet long. Pip entered the room as she pulled out the rod. "Taking that old weapon with ya?" Pip asked. "I don't know but I have a hunch that I might need it today," Alice replied. She pulled the rod apart into two pieces and slid the rod pieces into each loop on either side of belt of her shorts.

Calvin finished packing the stuff he would need to survive the travel then he start to pack his weapons he put on his belt a pair of dual pistols, a sniper rifle and also take out a a twin set of samurai sword just in case he need to fight close combat and then he carry with him a huge case spike say to him "Are you sure you need that huge rocket launcher with you?" calvin say "You never know when we see a muntant that is to big for us to shoot down." Spike say "I guess you are right lets head down" Calvin called for Alive and Pip "Are you guys ready again"

 

[Life.]

Pip snapped back, "Of course we're ready!" His fluffy tail was angrily swishing from side to side. "Oh Pip calm down," Alice teased. She picked him up and let him lay around her neck like a scarf. She stepped out of her room and replied, "Alright we are set and ready. Let's head to Juniver town today and see if we can find a clue there."

"Ok let me and spike take the lead as usual with his sense of smell we will be able to find out if there any nearby mutants" he blushes "A-and make sure not to be out of my sight I don't know what I will do if I lose you..and of course Pip too!"

 

[Life.]

"And of course Pip too..." Pip mocked Calvin in a hushed voice. Alice only heard it and gave him a light smack on his head before she petted him. "Alright, go ahead and take the lead. And make sure to not get us lost like last time," Alice teased.

"Hey last time it was the desert the sand got in my eyes it was hard to see" spike said "Yeah Yeah and if it wasn't for my sense of smell you wouldn't be here now" calvin say "yeah yeah Spike lets head out" Spike take the lead smelling and hearing for any mutants and calvin takes out his sniper rifle having it ready to fire with a silencer on to quickly take care of anyone that cross their paths

Alice followed after them quietly checking through her bag making sure she had everything.

spike stop in his tracks when he sense something "there two ahead they dont seem to big he don't need to waste bullets" calvin took out his twin blades and is ready to attack them "Alice, Pip get ready now" calvin is now all serious with a serious focus look in his eyes which he always has when he about to battle

Alice nodded and grabbed only one half of the wood rod. She held it tightly with both hands. Pip jumped down from where he was lying and sharpened his claws against the ground eager for battle.

Spike say "There is one that will come from the left and one from the right the right one is bigger so Calvin and I will take that one down you guys got the one on the left" Calvin and Spike start to slowly go to the right calvin said "Alice, Pip be careful" him and spike goes to kill their mutant

 

[Life.]

Alice nodded and walked off towards the general direction that Spike pointed out. Pip followed along fluffing his fur to appear bigger. Alice shifted the stick from one hand to another gettinf used to the weight once again. As she continued on she could almost hear the hissing of the mutant. "I wonder what kind of creature it is this time, Pip," Alice voiced out her thought. "Me too," Pip commented.
